This place is a joke. The last two times I've had to go there, there never was a nurse available and I had made an appointment for an exam and they told me that there would be a three month waiting period. Well, on the day of my appointment, there wasn't a nurse available..
I've learned my lesson and I will never go back. And nobody ever answers the phone despite the fact that there are multiple employees working there.

It is impossible to get the WIC office on the phone. You have to go up there in person to recieve the information you need and to actually talk to someone. For some people this is very inconvenient and unrealistic. It is really disappointing that you can't have someone call you back after leaving multiple voicemails. When you speak with another extension such as records who handles birth and death certificates they have an AWFUL attitude and make you feel like you have inconvenienced them by calling.

We have been sitting in the front for an hour and they took the only person back an hour ago and still waiting it is always like this every time we come up here and the WIC clerk acts like she don't like here job
