This is the worst shopping experience. I strongly suggest that the staff of this store should be improved. This afternoon, my husband and I came here with our children to use the coupons given by the last shopping. As soon as I entered the store, I felt the unfriendly expression of a petite lady at the checkout counter. Although I felt uncomfortable, I didn't think too much about it. As a result, when my husband went in to try on clothes and I lowered my head to look at my phone, I heard a voice coming from behind and then quickly walked away. Although the voice was very small, it was cold. I quickly looked back and found that the lady was talking to me or my two children. It should be that the children were too noisy and asked them to be quiet or not to touch their clothes. To be honest, children are sometimes a headache when playing, and parents should understand this helplessness. But I can be sure that my children did not make too much trouble. And this is not a library or a place that needs to be quiet, it is just a shopping store. I have encountered tolerant and friendly staff in any shopping place, and many staff even joke with them. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation. It is equivalent to driving us away. I went in and called my husband away from the fitting room. It felt suffocating. Because I don't know whether she doesn't like children or because of our skin color! If she had reminded me with a smile and in a friendly way, I would have shown great understanding, but she didn't. Now not only me, but also my children have a shadow on the Columbia brand. We feel discriminated against!

Lake Oswego Outlet. Usual outdoor selections from Columbia, our northwest staple. Snow/ rain pants, shirts, shorts, shoes, socks, jackets aplenty, most anything an outdoor enthusiast may need. Neat and tidy, very helpful and friendly staff. Niki in particular, went out of their way to help, even calling other outlets to search for items not present in this store.

Located in the way back corner of the parking lot. This is a quaint store with a limited selection. They did however have women's ski bibs, when everyone else was sold out. One of their doors was also boarded up with a piece of plywood and it really seems like this location could use a facelift. Other than that, the limited inventory that they did have was well organized.

Nice deals on stuff. There were two sales rep behind the check out area. They were talking to each other and walked away as I was approaching the counter. One of them came back and rang up my top. When he walked away he apologized to the other employee for being interrupted by a customer. As sign of the times. So I apologize for interrupting your conversation. No 5 star review for service like that.
