Why do I keep going back? If Melissa NP is working, I will NOT. She is ANTI antibiotic and will argue all the reasons why they are not indicated. If I had asked for oxycodone, I could understand. I got sicker without them and called the clinic back 2 days later. I was told I would have to return to see another practitioner to determine if antibiotics were warranted. NO THANK YOU. I already spent >$160 for covid/flu test and a steroid shot and "advice" for treating a cold. Hope this clinic knows there are sick, VERY unsatisfied clients in their community.

What a great experience at the Commerce Urgent Care for my Amazon workers comp initial evaluation. The kindness to me soared from the lovely at the front desk, to the nurse that called me to the back, Dr. Melissa, and then my last stop to the kind lady that helped me set my appointment on my way out. I truly appreciate the kindness and compassion of every staff member I encountered. This urgent care is 45 miles away from me but no drive is too long to receive service in excellence. I felt seen, heard, and cared for. I highly recommend this facility!

I was running a 104.9 temp and could have went into sepsis and died because of them. I had a fever for 2.5 weeks. First week I went in and they said I had Covid they gave me steroids and said it would have to run its course. They put me out if work for 3 days. On day 4 still running a high fever I call and ask what I should do the receptionist told me Covid usually last 5 day and if I still had a fever by Friday come back and they would reassess me. My fever went down I thought I was better but got a fever again so I went back the doc said I had another virus didn't know what one or what to call it. I had to request another covid/flu test it did come back negative. So I told her about kidney issues I was having before and asked could that be what's causing fevers. I was told "let's see how you feel in a couple day and if your not better come back" week 3 still having fevers but now they are at 103.8 and 104.9. I'm scare at this point and feel like death. My friend makes me go to the hospital instead of urgent care and ibwas told I have a UTI. They gave me antibiotics and boom 3 days later my fever is gone. I missed work for 2 weeks and now that I have matrix involved KNOWING I've been calling and only seeing them they will only approve 4 days. My work don't except Dr notes so I didn't ask for them and I didn't know it would last this long or end like this. Dr's and front desk was very nice while talking my money but now I need then to let my work know they don't remember any phone calls even though every time I went in I had a fever. WHAT ARE DRS FOR THEY PRO LONGed MY FEVERS and now don't wanna speak for it. If they would have listened to ME and tested my kidneys and pee they would have see it but no they only wanna do one test per visit so they can get paid more. I will no longer put my trust in this urgen care if any at all. I'll go to my primary care doc or the hospital. Sorry for the long story bit I'm very disappointed in this place and glad I went to the hospital before I died.

I went in with typical respiratory symptoms seeking to be tested for viruses. When the provider came in it was obvious she didn't read a word from all the paperwork I took the time to fill out. She specified something I was there for that I wasn't. I was having body aches and she asked, "do you want a shot for the body aches," and if she would have looked at my medications she would have seen that an injection would not be appropriate for me. I was also hypertensive while I was there and she offered me some steroids which I also declined because as a licensed medical professional myself, I had to remind her that you don't give steroids to patient's who are hypertensive. The other staff were extremely loud. Very loud. That's not helpful to someone whose head is already pounding. Go somewhere else people.

Went for my first visit and was self pay, after filling out a few standard forms, I paid and the wait was short. Staff were friendly. Dana is so wonderful and prescribed me exactly what I needed and it was a great experience. I NEVER go to the doctor, so it's nice to know there is a good option close by if needed.

The wait was not bad, but as soon as I walked in, there was nobody sitting at the front desk and then when I finally did get called back, she interrupted me…I’m Talking about What’s wrong with me and she wouldn’t let me get a word out of my mouth kept overlapping me and my answers with Her questions. Was very rude and disrespectful. Then the second woman that I saw who is basically like really checking me out told me that I was perfectly fine. Mind you now I have RSV and SARS cov-2!!!! Plus, I’m five months pregnant. She gave me amoxicillin. I’m fighting off two viruses not bacteria. They wouldn’t listen to a word that I had to say..very disrespectful. Like I said even over the phone.. so then I did have to go to the hospital. They said that if urgent care was paying attention, they would’ve caught it. This is not who I want working as doctors near me or just in basic facilities. That type of behavior is disgusting and I could’ve got hurt now I’m sitting here suffering not being able to go to work make ends meet because they were very Belligerent and didn’t want to do their job very disgusting..And The saddest thing is that I kept telling her that something was not right and the fact that they blatantly ignored me gave me medicine that was not even gonna help me is just beyond me zero out of 10 do not go there…PS. I normally don’t take the time to sit and complain, but when I Spoke up and tried to let you know that I was not OK and you didn’t feel like doing your job is not something I’m gonna let slide.. Don’t waste your time going there like I said y’all have a blessed day and y’all need a better y’all selves that are get new staff members

These staff are like family. Chante is the best. She and David can draw blood easy and virtually painless. Annette and all the staff are so nice. Melissa listens and works with patients to meet healthcare needs. I highly recommend this group. I can phone David and he assist me immediately. So pleased with my care. Brandy is the nicest person. Diane is so sweet and kind. The best staff.

My daughter was seen at this location today with her thumb swollen. It was hot to the touch. She has been up the past two nights with it in pain and crying it had a bad smell to it and oozing yellow stuff. The doctor said all she could do was tell us to go home let her soak it in salt water, and take ibuprofen and Tylenol for the pain. She did not prescribe her any type of anabiotic or anything and me being a parent and this is my fourth child. I knew immediately that it looked infected, but the doctor said it was not infected.Come to find out it is infected and she did need an anabiotic. I will never take my child back to the urgent care ever again.
