I have been patiently waiting for the billing office to correct two claims now from two $60 co-pays when I should have paid $30… it has been multiple months and have yet to receive my reimbursement of $60. I have been told they are waiting for corrections from my insurance, but the office is one who coded it incorrectly. It makes absolutely ZERO sense and is deeply upsetting, time consuming, and unsettling to believe these are the people who we are supposed to trust to process information. $60 is $60 that I could be using for something more important. It takes a whole school program to do medical coding but they still manage to do it incorrectly.

I had a great experience while visiting Dr. Matthews for my ailment. I found him to be quite refreshing and full of energy. His friendly and welcoming demeanor enabled me to let down my guard and completely trust him. He listened with care and empathetic regards to my problem and pains. After I finished, he provided a relevant illustration which displayed my problem and the targeted point if pain. From there he explain, how it happened, why it happened, and what can be done to resolve the issue. I appreciated how he patiently took his time to thoroughly explain my situation until I completely understood. What's more, his great bedside manner was an indicator of who he was as a physician. I also appreciated how amiable and helpful his nurse was and how welcoming the front desk receptionist was. Overall, it was an experience that makes me feel blessed and honored to return again.

I just came to this practice after urgently needing a new general practitioner and had an appointment with Daniel Waddell, PA-C. First, nurse Keandra was one of the sweetest, most pleasant nurses that I've ever had. What I initially thought was going to be just an establishment appointment turned into Mr. Waddell giving me the most thorough exam for an issue that I have been having (and I'd previously seen 2 different providers who gathered imaging but did not do much of anything else) and spent a solid hour discussing my health and other matters. Nothing was rushed and I could tell that he was genuinely invested in my health. I couldn't recommend this crew enough, and I hope that as a new provider he makes this his permanent spot because he will definitely have me as a patient for all of my internal medicine concerns!

I visited here today, Dr Jason Matthews was my Doctor and he was awesome! He is one of the best doctors I've ever seen, probably even the best doctor I've ever seen and the nurse was just as great. They were very kind and made me feel very comfortable which I was hesitant to see a male doctor but he was very professional and really listened to all of my concerns and on top of that he was incredibly kind. No judgment or smart comments like done doctors give. I don't typically take the time to leave reviews unless the place I'm reviewing was either very good or very bad so I just had to leave a review for this place. I can't say enough nice things. The receptionist were very nice as well but I definitely recommend Dr. Jason Matthews.

I have had a run of Primary Care Providers that have not made me feel heard & cared for. Mebane Medical Clinic feels like a huge turning point for me! Dr. Matthews is a considerate and genuine physician who spoke very openly with me and listened to my concerns. I was able to discuss a health issue I've been dismissed about for my entire life and be taken seriously about it. As a woman especially, discussing pain & symptoms can be met with total apathy, so being treated with respect and given an action plan to investigate the issue has really energized me to be hopeful about my medical care again. The staff at the clinic are also fantastic, from the cheerful front desk to the very kind nurse who took me back. Two thumbs up!

Dr Matthew's is caring and has a patient's best interest at heart. I had previously talked to multiple doctors about issues I had to only be dismissed. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The rest of the staff is polite and courtesy as well.
