Went in yesterday evening with a stopped up left ear in which I couldn’t hear from for over a week and in serious need for relief! I was admitted after being assessed almost immediately and then the nurse was there my left and right ear flushed out really well and my hearing fully restored and oh what sweet relief and at lightening speed. I was walking out the door cured and feeling brand new in only minutes after arriving. Service superb!

Honest review, just my personal experience - I arrived at 10:45 and wasn’t seen (by a nurse practitioner) until 2:30. Never given an explanation as to why the wait was so long. Yes, it’s flu season. But, maybe posting a sign stating “there is only one doctor so be prepared to wait 4 hours” would be helpful. When I drove around to the pharmacy, I was told it would “be a while” before my prescriptions were ready. I had them transferred. There was no urgency to my care and when you find yourself in need of care, this amount of time only adds to your frustration. Maybe others will have better luck, I won’t be returning.

I had THE BEST services by all of the staff at the urgent care! The were timely and polite! Every staff member greeted me or spoke in some way shape or form! I was taken care of and out of there in no time!

I visited CRH Urgent Care on March 5, 2025. I was very impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and helpful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I was seen by Dr. Hillman within a reasonable amount of time. Dr. Hillman was attentive and listened to my concerns, and she thoroughly examined me. She sent me for X-rays of my chest and explained everything clearly and provided a clear plan for recovery. Another fact is that I felt comfortable and knew I was getting excellent care. I appreciated their professionalism at CRH Urgent Care at 16th Avenue. Overall, I highly recommend CRH Urgent Care for urgent care needs.

I took my daughter into the new urgent care on 16th Ave. The service and staff were very professional and took great care of my daughter. Our provider gave great care and spent time talking to my daughter as well as myself to better understand what was going on and why we were there also to make surethat we understood what the diagnosis was. She made us feel very welcomed and taken care of and she provided great professional care.
