I have a family member there. It has been a wonderful experience. It was heart warming to see how the staff responded to his needs and wants. He could not do much for himself when he got there and now is able to do everything for himself. I believe this is largely due to the nursing care and physical therapy he received. I want to thank everyone there for all the support and wonderful care he was given!

During her stay, my mother in law received the highest level of care at Decatur Center. She really enjoyed the food, especially the fried chicken and the social interaction at meals. As a former comptroller for a large firm, she repeatedly attempted to gather the nurses for staff meetings and gave directions to housekeeping. She was treated with respect and caring as her physical and emotional needs were met.

The Center has exceeded our expectations and we have had a wonderful experience. We had received excellent feedback from friends who had placed their loved ones in the Center and now we know why. The friendly, professional staff are amazing and the nurses & therapists are exceptional. It’s a daunting process when considering where to get the best care for those you love but each day as we experience the thoughtful attention, respect and consideration of the Care Team, we are reassured that this was the perfect place for our family. We truly appreciate their assistance and support and feel very blessed.

My brother was sent to your facility. The first thing to standout was their sign-in procedure. Not only did I get help from the lady behind the desk. She explained the process quite well. After my brother arrived he was greetd by a staff person who made sure they had a connection. The staff was busy with their assigned tasks. But they took time to greet me and my brother.

A nurse came onto to do all the routine things that make up a check-in. She was able and willing to change her schedule around to wait for my brother eat ice cream that his wife brought him. 😋 It was delicious to him because he hadn't eaten all day. I really appreciate her flexibility and letting us change a few things around. Thank you

Checking in is super easy. The lady at the front desk is really nice and helpful. The nurses and attendees are kind and helpful. They helped me find my mom and I did not have to wait to been seen about.

1st time visiting my close friend. I realize they have changed the name since my Mom was a patient here. Today was a pleasant surprise. Beginning with the security, then the greeting at the front lobby. My friend seems happy & is greatly improving. That's all that matters.

I admit I was skeptical at first, but the Center has exceeded my expectations. The building itself is old, but serviceable. The staff is friendly, attentive, and good at what they do. The food is good. The PT is thorough. The place is clean. I know everyone has a different experience, but ours has been quite satisfactory so far over the past week that we’ve been here.

Becky has done an extraordinary job with the residents they're spirit has been uplifted since she took over this position. The residents are so happy and engaged in all the activities that Becky, Ms. Sylvia, and Stephanie had put together they all have done an awesome job.
