I love the concept that this office is a part of, but as I continued to make my monthly pymts, Dr. Bolands "lack of attention" became evident. I was informed by Dr. Boland that this concept is designed to "keep people out of his office". When he continued brushing off my medical concerns (skin lesions, chronic cough, miagraines etc), I was forced to find healthcare with another practice. Now, as I am searching for health Insurance, I have been denied coverage twice due to incomplete medical records and missing diagnosis on my records underwriting obtained from Dr. Bolands office. I called his office, asking for help and could he please update the records to which he responded, "The notes that were provided were notes that Dr. Boland uses to make sure that your care was the best he could provide and He is unable to change the notes in order to make the health insurance companies happy". I am not asking you to change my records, I'm asking you to complete them!! Now I will be forced to go to the marketplace and buy into a plan with high premiums as well as an outrageous deductible (8500.00). The only thing this practice is good for is refilling medications.
UPDATE:
1. Skin lesions - I am under dermatologist care - melanoma
2. Migraines - Under care with Eye Guys after discovering I HAVE GLAUCOMA!!!
3. Chronic cough - I am allergic to dairy products.

This practice is above all the greatest place for anyone in need of healthcare. The Doctor and his team really take the time out to listen to their patients and make quality decisions based on knowledge and experience. I have truly found a gem with this practice. Everyone works together while giving the patient the highest quality and preventative care possible. If I had only one word to describe this Doctor and his office it would be... Excellence. I have only positive things to say about Dr Boland and his practice. The signup process was simple, the monthly fee is less than your phone or tv bill, and we spent an hour with my initial examination. I'm relatively healthy, we spent a fair bit of time talking about preventative measures in an easy-to-understand way. Don't let your health be determined solely by insurance companies, take charge of your health and future with Dr Boland!
