Excelente atención por parte de Dr y enfermeras. Solo que demoran mucho en atender, no lo hacen a la hora que te dan la cita generalmente una hora después.

I've been using Kavetz more than 10 years. After he retired Alexander took over and two moths later Victor V. Is the new doctor. The doctor it self isn't to bad it's the staff. I have been waiting on referrals for a specialist going on three weeks and every week I call they keep saying can I get your number the ladies too busy. I have also been waiting on mail order meds and I keep getting the same answer. On the other hand the doctor sees all the patients and asks lots of questions. But he only want to be a general doctor. If you ask him a question its you need to see a specialist. He's never on time either. I have waited an hour just to be put in a room. If you don't have patients this isn't the place for you !

Everytime I come here since they have changed doctors I end up waiting for 3+hours. And it's always a nurse practitioner. I came at the beginning of the year for my well woman check up and 1st they forgot about me in the room. Then in over heard the nurse pratitioner getting on to the other nurses because they were taking walk ins b4 appointments. I ended up walking out, Trish called me b4 I left the parking lot trying to fix it. She said I have my staff came in b4 we open for you.
It was fine. I agreed.
When it came to my next appointment again sitting and waiting for hours just to get my results. This location definitely needs a better system of operation.

If I could give a minus star I would. You not only wait an hour to be taken to an exam room, you wait an average of a week for prescription refills. Even if you call every day asking about the refil fax sent to them three times, and informing them it's your heart medication. I've seen the physician assistant twice, Dr Alexander once, it just isn't a good practice.
The staff is terrible. I worked in the medical field 20 years and have never seen such chaos in an office.
I decided to get a new Doctor for my son and myself today. I also reported this office for continuing to bill insurance (Medicare/Medicaid) as James Kravetz.

This new doctor staff is unprofessional and very lazy. I have been here for over 45 minutes and I still have not seen the "new doctor". Dr. Green was never this slow when I would come to the doctor. I would definitely not recommend them if you are impatient about time. Defiantly looking for another doctor because there is no way to be waiting for 45 minutes and I still haven't seen the doctor. Yeah, something is wrong with that picture. Oh did I mention the staff was eating lunch as I walked up...yes just horrible.

This place has gotten extremely bad since Dr K retired. The wait times are terrible. The staff is unhelpful, unprofessional, and don't really seem to know what they are doing. Not sure who the primary doctor is at this location as it seems to be someone different the couple of times I have gone since Kravetz retired. I will definitely be finding a new physician. Do not go here at all costs. Not worth your time or money.

I don't believe I saw Dr. Kravetz. My complaint is against this location at 2100 Virginia Drive. The office appeared to have just lost a provider and was in a state of transition.

I came in here back in May just needing an immunization (a Tdap booster). They didn't have it, which is unacceptable. I did get some labs done (basic). This is costing me ~$170 for labs and a charge for "medical care." I didn't need medical care!!

I've had it with this bootleg operation. Takes an hour past your appointment time just to be taken back to a room. This has happened the last 4 times in a span of 1 year. The staff has all been changed and the doctor has cycled through a couple of times. Front staff is 3rd tier that really doesn't know much. Do yourself a favor, find someone else.
