To make a long story short. I’ve been getting vocal Botox injections for many years. I’m new to Florida & Dr.Widick was the closest doctor to me. I spent a little over $1700 for my injection to work ONE TIME. I have never experienced this. Eventually I complained. I had every right to. His assistant got defensive right away & told me he pays a lot of money for the Botox. Which is true. However, I am the PATIENT. & when I pay $200-$400 I need my procedure to work. But she’s irrelevant. I get a call back later that day & it was his coordinator Linda who is very pleasant. She told me Dr.Widick suggests I find a new doctor. He wasn’t professional enough to give me the call himself. Btw I did find a new doctor & the injection worked the FIRST time as it should. Only other positive is the ladies at the front desk. “Dr.Widick” you are low.

I can't adequately describe how happy I am with the services provided by Dr. Widick and his staff. Dr. Widick succeeded in operating on my ear and restoring my eardrum and hearing. I had 2 failed surgeries by another surgeon so i was sceptical. Dr. Widick exceeded my expectations. The entire process was great from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything before the surgery and on follow up visits. I highly recommend!

Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Mark Widick, MD. He tops the list as a dedicated, thoughtful, patient and compassionate professional. He went above and beyond and spent so much time with me working towards a healthy outcome.
His staff have exceptional interpersonal skills and clearly have the utmost respect for each other as well as Dr. Widick. I observed their interaction with each other and it was so refreshing to witness a united team of coworkers.
The office is very clean and the walls of each room are freckled with the Dr's insanely incredible photography.
I left the appointment today feeling hopeful and very grateful for the experience.

Dr. Widick is a fantastic first class doctor. I am so grateful and Bless to have found such an amazing office. I had Brain Tumor removal surgery and the next day at home, I received a call from Dr. Widick, calling to check in on me. I was so surprised. Most doctors have their nurse call. Dr. Widick is caring, a good listener, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain your procedure and answer any questions you have. Dr. Widick, is one in a million. What an amazing awesome office staff, caring, helpful and professional. They make your office visit enjoyable. They go above and beyond to accommodate you. The office runs on time. I found that my hearing had so badly diminished that I was struggling in social settings; my hearing aids just didn’t work any more! I had a choice…. to either cease social events or to get serious professional help for my hearing. To me, only the best would do. Dr Widick came highly recommended by my hearing challenged friends and the many hearing professionals I have consulted in PB County. I visited Dr Widick and his staff of audiologists and office professionals to evaluate and recommend treatment for my hearing disabilities. Dr. Widick is the best ENT I’ve seen in 30+ years. I was born with a congenital birth defect in my left ear and have had to have multiple surgeries over the course of my life, at places like NYU & Cornell. Not all doctors are talented AND empathetic. Dr. Widick is. He doesn’t force treatments or surgery and is willing to discuss the best path forward in a way many doctors just don’t. I truly appreciate his approach and I’m glad I found this practice. Everyone in the office has a good attitude & is helpful. It’s very hard to find a place like this - trust me, I know!
