Made an appointment online and while I was there a littler over 2 hours. The front desk staff, nurses and all were very caring and nice! It was very busy but at this time of the year everyone is sick! So hats off the staff there, doing the best they can!

The whole team was friendly. Dr. Tricia Nielsen is special! She is amazing! She is a human! She is everyone's dream Doctor, I’m sure. She asks a lot of questions trying to investigate what is our problem, she pays attention to what we have to say, she prescribes exams to eliminate some diseases or possible causes of our pain. If I have to go to an Urgent Care again, I will go to Duke Urgent Care and, also, I will recommend Dr. Tricia Nielsen to everyone!

I took my 3 year old first thing on a Saturday morning. She had signs of pink eye and we wanted to address it as quickly as possible and our PCP didn’t have an available appointment. We were seen within an hour and felt good about the visit. We were told that a prescription would be sent to our pharmacy. We waited 2 hours and went to the pharmacy and were told they never received the prescription. I called the urgent care and spoke with reception who advised that I needed to speak with the clinical team and they would transfer me over. I was told to leave a message if no one answered. I left a message with the required details so that someone could follow up. No one called back. I continued to check with the pharmacy thinking maybe they would just send the prescription without following up with me. The pharmacy did not receive anything. It was a weekend, so I waited to see if someone would reach back out by Monday but I never heard from anyone and the pharmacy never received our prescription. The visit was a complete waste of time and money.

Wanted to put a review here because I think the current overall is terribly unfair given the experience I had this morning.

Showed up at opening time with an ear infection and was in and out with a prescription in less than 15 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was professional and personable. I'd highly recommend this location.

I do not recommend this location. Dr Veronica Broton was extremely rude. As soon as she walked into the exam room, she took one look at me and without greeting me, she said "I need an interpreter" and walked out the room. When she returned I told her in clear english, I do not need an interpreter. That was very rude. A proper behavior would be to greet me and simply ask, "do you need an interpreter" instead of assuming by my appearance that I cannot possibly speak english. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

DO NOT GO HERE!!
I wanted to provide some feedback to my experience to this urgent care. I recently just moved to Raleigh, NC. This was my first time seeking a medical facility, hoping to use it for all future appointments. This was not the case for this location! The staff will give you only the minimum of information as they have to provide during the visit. The front desk is a roll of dice of if they wanna help you or transfer you to a voicemail for someone else to deal with. For the doctor, she was extremely pushy for extra medication I didn’t need and ended up costing me $1,400(thought I could trust a medical “professional”, also is was one shot and blood tested). I do not want any further communication from this facility, as the lack of concern shows from the multiple reviews of horrible experiences left to oblivion. My hope is that some management sees this and makes a change for this place. Because my heart goes out to anyone that steps into that building! I understand the economy we live in and how it’s uncontrollable to dictate the cost of healthcare. However, as caregivers to the community you can provide more affordable options(especially if it’s not completely necessary)!

Worse service I ever received. Came to get tested for the flu. When I got to the back the nurse said they were low on the flu test but that could give me medicine for the flu. How you going to give me medicine not knowing what is going on with me.
