The lady who answers the phone is very rude!! I simply called to ask how long their wait was and she rudely asked if I were a patient there and that they do NOT accept people who aren't already patients there. My baby is sick and her dr is booked so this is the only reason I was calling....However, I have friends and family who arent patients here but have gone there quite a few times to their "walk-in clinic" I will definitely make sure to stay away from this place and let everyone else know my experience too! If you aren't a walk in clinic you should state you are, and theirs no need to be ugly!

I go to Johnna Brother's and she ia a very nice person. She will give you a chance to talk an ask questions. Mrs. Debbie and Shay in the Lab are very nice people. I enjoy all the people I come in contact with at the clinic

Really shouldn’t even have a walk in clinic. “Starts” at 530 but when I got there at 5:15 they were already “full” with 4 people in the waiting area. So it should just be appointments just like regular clinic. I even called earlier that day to see what time it starts. I was told 530 they didn’t say you had to be there way early!

My husband has heart problems, but he has chest congestion for about 4 days and I finally got him there. In stead of checking him out, the receptionist had him go back outside and sit in the car and wait for a call to come swab him for COVID, and all he said was I have a cough. You are not even concerned about what we came for! He never had a fever or any other symptoms of freaking Covid!! Not only did she take his temperature when we arrived, she asked him twice did he have a fever and he said no , just congestion and a cough🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

We love Lindsey. My husband and I both see her we saw her for a problem one time and she told us she believes thAt medicine works but she wants to find the problem and fix it. That switched us. She’s not about over medicating you and she will get you where you need to go. All the staff is fabulous

The physicians here are good once you get back to them, but the receptionist is, to put it very lightly, unwelcoming. Whether on the phone or in-person, she treats patients as if their very presence is an inconvenience, especially the elderly.

The receptionist at the desk is really rude. She will definitely cut you off when you're trying to explain something to her. The only one that is super nice is Sherry Parker. If you don't know how to talk to people, you're definitely in the wrong profession.

The front desk staff are very rude and acts as if, they don’t won’t to help or answer any questions. They are going to cause the clinic to lose a lot of patient’s and money.
