This practice will order test without consent. They run your credit. Yes your credit even though you have insurance and no co-pays. Look under soft inquires. They say it's allowed because you sign for treatment. They also stated all new patients must be tested hepatitis c even if they were at no risk. I would recommend another practice. This one was an experience for the Twilight zone.

This place hasn't been the same since it was Roanoke Clinic. The Doctors and Nurses don't care about their patients at all. That's why I go to Rocky Mount.

My. Mom has been going here since Dr Frazier Roanoke clinic days. For over 20 years she's been seeing Dr Robert's. He has helped my mother and us by showing he really cares for her at her best and when she was serious ill. My mom is dealing with a life long disability she has done so much in her life and she truly is a inspiration we are so grateful Dr Robert and nurses and staff are understanding friendly and do their best to help my mom. Thank u all.

I have received nothing but top-notch care here. Brandon Carlisle is a great provider and is easy to get in contact with. The entire staff works together for the well-being of the patients. We are fortunate to have them in Roanoke Rapids.

Since Mrs. Dillard left this practice, don't bother. Go find a PCP who honestly cares.

The provider I saw agreed I had an issue extreme enough that he provided his personal cell number for me to call any time in case of an emergency, but when I asked for paperwork for my job (and it was nothing other than the ability to use my sick leave instead of vacation leave when I was unwell) he didn't bother to fill out the form properly and then had the gall to write that I had no issues. Then why fill out the paperwork? When i had a bad allergic reation to the first COVID vaccine, my appointment was changed to a televisit the day of, and I couldnt get anyone to look at my arm. I will also mention I had to fight to get the provider to renew my epipen rx before I got the shot. Although I ended up not needing it I'm glad I did because I did get some swelling of the throat. But why fight someone over an epipen when I've had one for over 15 yrs? You can't abuse an epipen.

They have providers listed on the website that havent been there for months. When you call to schedule an appointment with one of aforementioned providers, the receptionist sounds annoyed as if you should know who isn't and isn't employed there.

Moreover, as my PCP I only pay a $10 copay. I paid during my last visit, per usual. When I login to my patient portal, there is a $10 unapplied credit, but my bank records show the money taken out of my account. My last visit was Oct 2022. For the last 4 months, I have been receing a $10 bill. When you call ECU's billing the phone just rings. After putting the phone on speaker while continuing to work, I hung up after 46min, with just the phone ringing and rining and no one answering, no option to leave a voicemail.

Getting a referral done in a timely matter is impossible. I have had to call and get all the info for my husband to get a referral in the past. I have also made my mothers appointments for her without the help of the office staff. Now I am waiting for a referral for myself and I guess I will have to find my own doctor and make the referral myself. Just love how I have had to do the work for someone else.

I have called several times throughout the day to get test results with no answer or return call. 24 hours later, still have not heard a word back from them. If you want a better experience take the drive to A different city for a PCP. It will be well worth it.

Getting these "health care providers" to answer their phone or return calls, is virtually impossible. I get better responses from my pet's Veterinarian. They have time to chat and laugh while having smoothies and drinks brought to them, but simply don't think phone conversations are a priority. Frustrating, to say the least as it leaves you feeling as though you are so unimportant to them.
