Todas las visitas que he hecho a esta clínica siempre hay un un inconveniente, cuando no es que el personal no te entiende es qué el doctor de rettasa pero hoy 12 20 21 fue le colmo llegó alas 10 7 dela mañana y salir ala 128 y no me atendió el dichoso doctor salir con el azúcar en 40 casi desmayada esperando

I've had really good experiences beforehand, but this one experience makes me not want to come back. I had an appointment at 2pm. Arrived about 9 minutes late, I wasn't spoken to or really serviced until 2:15 to complete paperwork. At that moment I'm being scolded by the receptionist for coming in late and not being properly prepared. And yes I understand having not the right paperwork, but I heard you the first time and don't need to be scolded like a child. And I came in late yes, but less than 15 minutes late. Which according to her is all they are willing to accommodate. Had she just given me the check in form and checked me in at the time of coming inside, I wouldnt be considered "late". There was some sort of mistake with calling and the constant trying to shove down our throats that she wasn't wrong, or their end was good. Mistakes happen and no one was blaming her, sometimes technology acts up. But please grow up, and just do what you need to do, and ill do what I need to do. There is really no reason to for her to have spoken to us like that in a demeaning manner. There was no reason to be uncivilized about it all, there are neutral or positive manners of going about these things. Why add more to the fire? I didn't bother to entertain any of her accusations and assumptions, as i have clear proof and I know my end, and i have no reason to prove her wrong or right for a second of gratification. She clearly had no problem trying to however.

This medical facility is absolutely beautiful and it's just incredible. The staff is absolutely flawless the doctors are the best they really care about you I highly recommend this place this is my main facility and my doctors main office today was the first time I went to the main office and met my new physician. I am highly satisfied with this place that professionalism is top of the line and I highly recommend this for anyone even my children if they were young they would be coming here. Like I said absolutely outstanding coming here took my breath away I never seen a medical facility so beautiful
