This is the first time in my life I was denied a basic regular primary care appointment over the phone. I used a third party resource that connected me to this clinic. They were coming up with every reason to stop me from making an appointment simply because I mentioned I was in a car accident. Mind you I have insurance, have already been seen twice but they want me to go to urgent care instead. How is it even the operators business to determine if a patient needs to be seen or not? Super rude, very dismissive all because I stated I was in an accident. Finally almost 40 minutes later… they came up with a lame excuse about my insurance not being excepted. Which is false because my insurance works just fine. They clearly are very unprofessional and don’t want to schedule appointments for new patients unless they feel like it. It’s giving “I’m mad because I hate my job so I’m just going to be rude to anyone who calls and deny them service for reasons I’m not even legally allowed to deny service for”… my question is… Why

I had great experience. The visit was quick. Dr. Saunders, is amazing, she answered all my questions with a great detail and provided required referrals. I was not just a number for them. I felt taken care of.
The nurse was great as well!

Just spoke to some woman named Bre, at their front desk trying to schedule my children appointments to see Dr.Sanders to receive their vaccines to start school August 7th. She was completely rude , spoke to me with a attitude, and hung up in my face and all I was trying to do is set appointments for my children. Smh

Only giving two stars because the receptionist was super friendly. I did not feel like Dr. Kennedy listened to me very well and she pushed her opinions on me. I understand that doctors are there to give advice, but only I can fully understand what is going on in my head. I gave up even trying to say anything because I was not being listened to.

I’ve been here twice, both times as a patient of Sheryl Kennedy NP. She’s been fantastic in every way; knowledge, manner and application. Just interacting with her feels healthy to me. Additionally, everyone else in the office who I interacted with was extremely amenable. Top notch. Thank you.

After being a patient of Dr. Thomas Difulco for 20 years, he has retired and Emory took over his practice. From the receptionist to the nurses, everyone is fantastic. During the pandemic, my family has had issues getting our prescriptions re-filled due to a fax machine issue, that being the only way the doctors and nurse practitioners can get authorization to our pharmacy for refill. This has been on going for several weeks. At this point none of my family can get a refill on our medications and it is becoming life threatening. The only way to get through to anyone is to call to “make an appointment”. This is unnecessary anxiety that my family is experiencing due to Emory becoming deaf to our pleas for help. Please do not change your doctor to come here. My family and I are very upset and scared.
