I’ve had issues with this place on several occasions and continued to give them another chance time and time again because I feel as though doctor Faul is a great doctor, but the front staff is enough to never come to this facility ever again. They are extremely unorganized. It’s impossible to get through to them. On several occasions, they have told me that I have appointments on certain days, I’ll request off work, then I call to double and triple check the dates and we CONFIRM it’s on the correct day, and when I show up the day of the actual appointment, the appointment is apparently on a completely different day when I make sure I ask several times BEFORE hand if that’s the correct day. This has to be the third time this has happened. I took Work off to make sure that I made this appointment as well as paid for childcare so I could attend the appointment just for the staff to tell me it’s a completely different day. Not to mention it takes 3-4 calls just to MAYBE get a hold of someone to make sure I have the right day and time because this place gives me anxiety with their mischeduling. You leave a voice message and it’s pointless because no one returns your calls. I’m beyond aggravated. As I said, unorganized, never answer the phone, poor communication skills, and their scheduling is clearly always inaccurate. I’m beyond agitated with this place. How does that even happen? You would think if they’re looking at a schedule in front of them that they would provide their patients with accurate information. Not misinform them several times. It’s time to find a new office for my medical needs.

If it wasn't for Dr. Faul being great, I would rate this place 1 star. Been coming here for years and he's A great doctor, but he needs a new staff for the front it seems. I've been calling for months to get an appointment. MONTHS. Left several voice messages, STILL haven't gotten reached back out to for several different concerns. I guess they only do walk ins? Because it's impossible for them to pick up their phone. I've called in the morning, lunch time and between 3-4pm. Never get responded to. I just need an appointment! I really don't want to switch doctors, but it appears that I have to. Also end up waiting there for at least an hour every time for scheduled appointments. Like I said, if Dr. Faul wasn't so great I would've dropped this place years ago.

I went into the clinic today with my mother and tayha was fabulous at the window. Every time I go to the clinic she is always super sweet and very kind. My mother loves her!!!

I waited over an hour in an exam room just to discuss lab results. On my way out, I see the nurse practitioner I was waiting on in her office doing nothing. I spoke with the receptionist, and the only thing to do was reschedule. I just needed a medical professional to discuss my lab results. This place should not exist.

This clinic is literally a circus run by clowns. I first started coming to this clinic several months ago because I started developing neck pain and scalp problems. After the first check up I was given some medication but it didn’t help so I called to tell my nurse practitioner but the line that’s supposed to be for her never gets picked up. I waited about a week before calling on a different line and even then they made it seem like it was my fault they didn’t answer. I went in they’ll gave me some shots and said they’d refer me to a physical therapist for neck and a dermatologist scalp. I waited weeks before having to call them multiple times to see if I got referred yet then finally got a call from the PT place. After almost a month of going to PT I finally received a call from a dermatologist but it wasn’t the one I asked for and this one is far away. I just tried to call Erath clinic and straight to voicemail again. It is 10:47 AM on a Friday. Complete and utter incompetence and lack of professionalism all around.

This place is a joke!! The mental health specialist Katie Porche has no care and concern for her patients. I went a month without my meds and when I finally see her she give my meds back at the lowest dose. And doesn’t fill them on time for me. I am now without my meds again today. I cancelled all my upcoming appointments with them today and I will never go back there again. I’m looking for a new place to be seen! I wouldn’t Recommend anyone to go and deal with these people at Agh Erath/Delcambre clinic!

First let me start by saying, my doctor, Dr. Faul is great, but the nurses, and office ladies are a JOKE…. They definitely only work there for a pay check….. The lack of communication between staff is almost comical if I weren’t seriously ill... I talked to 6 different people in less that 24 hours that were all telling me something different….. I would talk to one, they would put me on hold, someone different would pick up, and tell me something different…. Not one of them were confident in the answers they were giving me, and some of them were contradictory of the others…. Let’s be honest, if you’re not a health care worker because you care about the well-being of people you don’t know, then you’re in the wrong business…. I will not be going back there because I’m not confident in their ability to perform the job they are paid to do at the most basic level…. Those ladies don’t take Covid seriously, and would let a patient get deathly ill, and turn their backs while talking about frivolous things that have no relevance or matter. I’m really discussed…… it’s a shame. If you want your health to be taken seriously, or competent people, that are knowledgeable to take care of you, DON’T GO THERE!
