Everyone in my family is a patient at Ethne Health. We have been so pleased by their service and care. When we have needed sick appointments, they always work us in very quickly. Everyone is always so friendly from the front desk staff to the doctors. We always feel like the doctors and NPs take time to really listen and speak with us about our care. I highly recommend Ethne Health to anyone in need of a care team!

Amazing clinic, doctors, & staff-- so friendly & gentle. I go to Dr. Esther Kim and she really cares about her patients, she takes her time, listens & offers suggestions. The nurses are so friendly. Their new building is spacious & beautiful. I had an appointment & didn't have to wait long to be seen. In comparison to the other clinics I've been to in the past, this one is the best!

I've been coming to Ethne for years - most visits have been good. I have only had one visit that was glaringly bad and it seemed out of character for Ethne; it hasn't happened since, though. The doctors, RNs, and front desk staff are generally very kind and I've enjoyed interacting with them. Most of the time my concerns are heard and steps are taken to help resolve any issues I may have. Because it's a small clinic, they're overbooked a lot and don't always get back to you in a timely manner, but that's to be expected. It's not difficult to get in touch with the providers to get lab results and such, though. The patient portal makes it convenient too.

The bad visit happened a little bit ago. It was 12/2022 and I had the flu. I didn't know that's what it was initially, so I came to be tested and to be treated. An RN came to the waiting room to swab my nose and throat and then returned later to tell me I had the flu. Right after she said, "Is there anything else you need?" I told her I wanted to be seen by a doctor, as I'd paid for a visit and not just a flu test. She told me to wait in my car and a NP came out and examined me *in the parking lot* while it was raining. I couldn't understand why I couldn't come inside. I was masked and simply wanted to be seen in a medical office, not a parking lot.

It was strangest and least professional visit I'd ever had with Ethne. I paid them for a standard medical visit, which should include being seen by a doctor inside the building, and they sent someone to examine me outside, in the rain, in winter. I actually haven't seem either that RN or the NP since that time, so I don't know if they even still work there. But my hope is that was just a major error on their part; I don't believe it reflects Ethne as a whole but it certainly jarred me.

All in all, though, I still come when I'm feeling ill and have continued to get compassionate care, plus their price points are way better than other clinics or urgent cares.

I truly love this clinic and the staff too. I love the quality of care they give to my clients. The doctors are super nice and informative. The communication channels are fantastic and I am blessed to serve the refugee community along side Ethne clinic. I truly appreciate all you do for the community and may God expand your boundaries 😊

Love Love Love this place Dr. Lindsey is a great doctor the only problem I’ve been seeming to have is the rescheduling months away and another ever time I go on my doctors visit on time I still have to wait I mean Wait like I made an appointment the same day and the fact that there’s only a sorry and sometimes sorry isn’t as comforting as you may think it is . My baby turns 1 April and Ethne is trying to reschedule me all the way in may come on now something should be done better then this

I spent about two hours trying to get in touch with a primary care doctor in my network, with no place really helping or caring to much (so it seemed- short answers, not really asking questions, sending me to different people and voicemails, not getting any help honestly). Frustrate and anxious I tried Ethne and they answered my call after a short hold time (30 seconds or so), staff empathized with what I had going on, and got me scheduled for the very next day. As someone with severe doctors anxiety I have never felt more understood, cared for, or safe at a doctor's office. The staff was incredibly friendly, I waited maybe ten minutes tops, and Dr. Esther Kim didn't seem in a rush to get to her next thing. It was really a great experience I can not recommend enough!!!
