If i could give them a zero would have been more appropriate. I spent over 4 hours trying to contact this office e about prescriptions for my 82 yr old father in law. After that time-frame, I was told they were called in. Walgreens stated Family Heath Source would NOT fill, stating they needed another appointment. We scheduled and attended this appointment, drove from pierson to Deland to have the Pharmacy tell us they still did not send the prescriptions yet. If my Pops dies as a result of this mishandling, they are certainly leaving themselves open to litigation. I just want people to not lie (from your DR OFFICE anyhow) and please take care of your patient's lives.

WORST DOCTORS OFFICE EVER. HANDS DOWN.

Just went to see Dr Rodriguez he was absolutely amazing!! Spent so much time with my daughter and I and explained everything I always thought I had thyroid told many doctors and he’s the only one that caught it for me. I’m shocked people have any issues my scripts are called in always. Thanks Dr Rodriguez for today you helped us so much

I love Dr Roberson but the staff are unreliable and you can never get through on the phone. I have called and talked to several people who said they will send a script to Radiology Imaging. I had an abnormal mammogram and they want to do more testing. But I need my PCP to send a script. I was told by your office that it would be handled. When I showed up for my appointment yesterday they had still not gotten anything from you. They called you several times and was not ever able to talk to anyone. I have called several times today and the wait time is crazy long. I have one of two options. Either give me an email address so that there is proof of the conversations that I have with your staff. Or I will have to find a new PCP. I don't care how much I like the doctor. Having a staff that doesn't doe their job and wastes my time and not being able to contact you is not somewhere that I can have as my PCP.

The Pierson office is very incompetent, I went to this office for a simple refill on my seizure medication on Wednesday, and now it is the weekend and I never received my medication after multiple calls to the doctors office. I finally had to go to the emergency room to receive my medication. Thankfully my normal office is in Deltona, which I've never had any problems. Everything there is done very fast and efficiently. Thankfully my doctor in the Deltona office returns from vacation very soon.

Not what they used to be the last 2 doctors were on it above & beyond now its a week before they return your call. Now my doctor left can't do my only day off hasn't notified me once now let me run out of my medication before I find this out. DONT GO NOT A SAFE PLACE

This place is great the people are super nice, and really will to work with your personal financial situation. The doctors are kind and always very informative, even to the extent of telling you how to avoid getting sick (ie.- I have chronic ear infections my whole life, because I have small tubes connecting my sinuses with my ears, and the doctors here have told me ways to help avoid getting an infection and they have really helped). Only complaint is that it does take a while normally for you to be seen by the doctor and then sent on your way. Normally it is an hour and a half give or take.

The ONLY reason i came here was because Dr Desouza was amazing with my sons. The office staff always were rude or stared at my kid like he was a alien. They didnt even call to tell me the Dr. Wasnt there anymore instead a week before my apt. They tried to get me to go to their Deland office without explaining why they were pushing this. I have sent 3 request forms for my childrens medical records and its been over a month since the first one and they still haven't sent their information. I can't stand this place and lack of care.
