I had an amazing visit with the doctor today. She was patient, made me feel comfortable, was well informed and ensured that I knew all what I was going to be having done today. Her bedside manners were incredible and I have already shifted other family members over to her as our new PCP.

I love this practice. My NP shows that she really cares about my health. She is always familiar with my issues and makes helpful suggestions on how to manage my concerns. I feel as if she is on top of my current and past health challenges and moves me forward to better health, each time I visit. She’s warm and professional in her approach and I appreciate her taking time to answer my many questions. She’s the best NP I’ve had since I’ve been in Acworth.

I visited this office and Dr N.Patel for the first time. The staff are very helpful and patient. Dr Nadhi Patel was the best in every aspect of my visit for my annual check up in many years of seeing different doctors! I recommended her also to my husband and he will switch his Dr office to this office and to Dr Patel.

Do not expect empathy here (at least from Dr. Nidhi Patel). She sent in three months worth of prescriptions to my pharmacy. There are 2 left, but there’s a shortage. Now suddenly she wants to cut my dose to 1/3 of what I normally take. I take this med for cognitive function. Due to issues that began over a year prior to being on this medication. So, if it was so dire to reduce my med dose, why even send three months of refills in the first place? She wanted me to do an EKG, I did as requested. It was normal. She wants me to see cardiology. I have an appt. in about a week. That isn’t good enough apparently. I wish I had never transferred care here as I will now have to seek care elsewhere so that I can function properly for my upcoming vacation I’ve been planning for months.

Dr. Alcide (who prefers to be called Dr. D) has a beautiful spirit and listened thoroughly to my concerns! She made sure I had all the correct medications, made sure I was up to date on all pertinent exams and blood work, and her staff were extremely patient and kind. I’m so grateful she is my new primary physician!
