Don't go to this place. The wait is unbearable, at least an hour once you're in the exam room. Been going here about 2 years and just can't take it any longer.

I went to Dr. Kiefer last January with left leg swollen. He did not recommend ultrasound and any follow up test. Diagnosis was holding water and should be fine. My wife is a nurse so she insisted that I get a 2nd opinion. I got a 2nd opinion and they ordered an ultrasound. I had four blot clots in my leg and one had moved to my thigh area. Dr. Kiefer had been my doctor for years but seems to have gotten resistant to digging into details and additional testing.

I thought the world of this office and how AWESOME it was to having FMA direct In helping families with zero insurance, my family was seeing Dr Kiefer, my daughter is 9 years old that’s been struggling for past two months, in and out of the ER and DR office, GI office, it’s been long a frustrating with still zero answers to all the issues my daughter has been fighting going through for past two months, I got a letter in the mail with a zero reason why the practice didn’t want to be our practice anymore, I called left a message finally got a call back from the manger, saying to me DR Kiefer know longer wanted to help my daughter anymore or to be her daughter that it was to much to handle deal with that we was to Complicated, when all we wanted was for someone to listen help our 9 year old daughter Abigail he Basically gave up on her and told us to find another doctor, and we still are Continuing to fight to get answers to all of her illness, I do not recommend this practice or Dr. Kiefer

I have been going there for years, and they are very professional, wonderful doctors. Dr. Koch is my regular doctor , but sometimes he's booked up and I have to see Keiffer. They are both awesome doctors. Also, I feel like they are a trusted friend. #1 in my book.

Dr. Koch is an amazing doctor not only does he listen to your problems and help solve them. He also cares about you and your personal life. Out of all the patients, he must have he still remembers me and everything going on in my life good or bad, no matter how long it’s been since my last visit. I don’t see myself ever switching doctors if I don’t have too. I always leave his office in a better mood then I came with. He’s got such a great personality and clearly cares deeply for his patients.

Dr Kiefer and the staff are nothing short of fantastic. Dr Kiefer takes his time and very thorough regarding diagnosis and treatments. Highly recommended.

I went for a first visit last week. Very pleased with my experience from the time I walked in to my exit. Office staff were top notch! Dr. Koch was awesome. I appreciate the feeling that I matter and the doctor listened and explained everything in great detail. Definitely a good experience for a first time.

I had seizures and never had them in my life ever I have spent so much money on finding the right doctors and I came in and met Jeremy and it's been 3 years and thank the Lord above they got me on the right medicine and I would recommend family meds wonderful doctors that really take a understanding in our health and we'll beins wonderful nurses and awesome staff. I could not ask for a better doctor.
