Hands down the Best Urgent Care, this 52 year old mom has ever taken any of my four kids! Zero wait time. Super friendly staff. Nurse was incredibly empathetic to both my daughter and myself. In and out in 45 minutes. I would give more stars if I could. This staff is Amazing. Please don't change anything. You guys rock.

This place is amazing the staff is super friendly and was more of a family type environment they treated us like family and they don’t waste no time they are straight to the point. I had quite the laugh while I was there even though the situation I was there for was an emergency I had a pleasant visit thank you. EL MIRAGE MEDICAL CENTER

I came in the ER in the worst state and was treated promptly and with care. The front desk/receptionist, nurses and doctor had great bedside manner and addressed my needs fast. I’m so thankful for their care. The facility was clean and spacious. Could not ask for a better emergency visit. I would trust their care for my friends and family.

I was seen quickly for my knee injury. Dr. S was a true professional and checked for possibilities of injury that was not superficial with a CT scan. I was given treatment in the office, instructions for home care, and prescriptions. This all happened in less than an hour! So happy I went there.

I arrived at the ER at 1:10 am with a bad case of constant burping after filling out the paperwork, which took about 20 minutes, this was the only negative as I was in pain. The rest of the process was perfect but lengthy, as I left the ER at 4 AM. I am very grateful for the nurse and doctor who attended to me and helped me

Fountain Hills Ear has been amazing and we are so grateful that we have such a great group of medical people on our community. We have had several times when we had to go here. Not only do they get you in fast, they care is fantastic. As a nurse, I am
Hypercritical of care goven and the nurses, docs and radiology were so good! Stormy was my nurse this time and she was so caring and attentive. Lisa in radiology was superb! I’m claustrophobic and she helped me through my CT like no others. I am grateful to her! Thank you to the fantastic staff at the Fountain hills ER

Everyone at this Medical Facility was great!
Went out of their way to help me with my problem.
I had first gone to Urgicare next door but they had just Closed! It was Friday 12:08pm.
Never heard of a Urgicare closing so early on a weekday.
I might add I am from Pennsylvania. Just here visiting with our son.
I would recommend this facility (ER)to anyone!
