Stop scheduling 100 people for the same time and day, then making them wait hours. Never know what to expect at appointments because it’s never discussed. Stop shouting peoples personal health information to each other. Someone in OB was yelling about a woman’s Pap smear results loud enough for everyone to hear. And again, stop scheduling so many people for the same time and day. Edit: The health dept sent me to HCA Citrus (Citrus Memorial) because that’s where they send their patients to deliver babies. HCA Citrus made me push for 12 hours, denied me a c section at first, and didn’t listen to any of my pleads for vacuum assistance to get the baby out. I was yelled at by one of their nurses for asking questions while drugged up on pain meds on the operation table.
I asked about a c section at the health department knowing I was going to need one, and was told I wasn’t getting one/going to need one because the hospital would push for natural birth.
But I did end up getting one, like I said I would need. But no one listened and no one tried to help me. I won’t be back and suggest people find care elsewhere. Edit 2: Even the WIC office is slow and I wish there was another option. Why tf do you need to draw my child’s blood for WIC? It took two hours to complete the appointment and most of it was waiting. Not sure if people who aren’t very smart go here or what but they do treat you like you’re too dumb to know what healthy food is. I’m just broke from my low paying job lol. It always feels so slimy, sleazy and dirty in here. Some girl with dirty hair slapped her kid in the parking lot, so a nice display for customers. I cannot stress enough; STOP SCHEDULING PEOPLE FOR THE SAME TIMES. I have a phone appointment for 10:45 and the lady says “we have 12 other people scheduled for 10:45” so find another time? I have a job I can’t sit and wait for a call for hours, or wait at your dirty lobby for hours. I once waited 4 HOURS for a ten minute appointment. They made a joke how I was the first one in and last one out (I had a job and an event to get back to). They don’t explain anything so when the OB stuck his fingers in me to “check” me, I expected it but really didn’t know it would be two painful fingers digging around my private areas. Ugh. Humiliating and painful. Don’t go here, just don’t. Go to the ER and not pay the bills like everyone else.

I went here because I was dealing with a new scary health issue and my current primary care physician was very short and not helpful for me. The Clinic staff was helpful, informative, and had excellent bedside manner. I would highly recommend this clinic. I had a female doctor with red hair, not sure of her name but her patience with me was everything I needed at the time. Her nurses were just as excellent to me.

Last time I was here it was horrible. Absolute trash. I made an appointment and they still managed to make me wait for FOUR HOURS.

At first saying I didn’t have an appointment when I first get there. So I try to set another. For that day. Lady tells me my wait will be thirty minutes. Thirty minutes pass. Then another. And another. So I go up and ask about my appointment. I get shushed and shunned.

Friend in the lobby asking me what’s up and when I tell her the girl in the front gives me a look.

So then I’m waiting another two hours. I go up and ask (when the desk lady leaves and another came onto shift) and she says thirty minutes. I told her that was three hours ago. Sure enough with the new lady there I get in 30 minutes.

Just for a shot in my ass that takes literally 4 minutes to do.

And god forbids someone answers the phone. Ever.

This place is horrible there phones never ever seem to work what's the sence in having them I call and call sometimes I pick my selection and it doesn't register that I hit any number then other times it goes to the next step to give me a daily tone and today I got threw been on hold for 1 hour and 2 minutes so scared to hang up I just want to make my daughter an appointment . I have been there once for myself and in one visit I say 5 different people and was moved from room to room and waited forever. I have never had Such trouble making an appointment .

I could absolutely recommend this office to anyone. People are stern sometimes but as long as you come in with a smile everyone treats you like gold because you made them feel good, and in turn I have had nothing but a great time visiting this office. The wait time is never long, the front desk ladies are all so nice as long as you ask them how thier day is and make them feel nice, and don't even get me started on how amazing the ladies in the pregnancy clinic are. So professional, Dr. Cindy and her team are so organized and friendly. I don't remember the name of the beautiful women who does the blood drawing, but she is the funniest, most talented, and super laid back nurse I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, thanks to her I'm never scared to get needles anymore. and Mrs. Alison (I apologize if I spelled it wrong) but she is the one responsible for scheduling, she is so busy so much of the time but is always the nicest person in the office. I absolutely love seeing Dr. Cindy she always makes me feel like everything is going okay and is going to be alright, I always feel at home and I believe they deserve a lot of recommendation and recognition for really going the extra mile to be positive (they write little motivational quotes on the board) and they provide you with the most important in formation always. I'm so glad to be seen here.

Girlfriend needed birth control without letting her parents know and they respected her wishes and provided her with a depo shot every three months quickly and painlessly. She has recently ran into complications with the shot however and was able to quickly get a response from a medical professional on her other options without paying a dime.

I believe I just witnessed my wife experience racism at window 4 at 1pm today. March 8 2022. There's no reason to deny my wife/who has lawfully entered the country much needed vaccines. I have no idea why that woman wanted my name and phone number to go with Mrs. Betancur-Townsends papers she copied after already denying us. How do you deny my wife health? She needed 3 vaccines to complete her paperwork. This woman at window 4 wasted our time, gas, and safety on the road. We already discussed our situation and vaccine needs prior to scheduling our appointment. Do I need to call Reverend Jackson?

Whole point of an appointment was not to have to wait like the walk ins. 930 appointment didn’t get seen till 11. Prior tomaking the appointment, I asked if I did so would there be a wait time. I was then told it would be best to make an appointment so I don’t have to wait. Horrible service ! After working an overnight shift do you really think a mom want to wait over an hour just to get checked in ? Horrible
