The staff was very polite. The ladies at the front desk were so nice & worked incredibly hard all while having a full waiting room. They were able to get people in & out in a reasonable amount of time. The woman that took my vitals was very nice & efficient. The Dr was Wonderful & came to see me very quickly. I feel like everyone worked together as a Great team. At a time where they were very busy, it is easy to have long wait times & can run staff down, they were all Amazing & did their jobs very well. The fact that they were all still smiles & polite speaks volumes about the staff there.

The staff was very nice. Dr. Sierra Wilson was extremely attentive she did not rush to get me out of there. She seemed very knowledgeable as well. I was very happy with my visit. I reserved my spot in line ahead of time, my weight was only about 15 minutes.

I have been attending for past 10 years since they opened & The nurses & Drs/NP are ALWAYS great! Unfortunately the past few years when a certain medical assistant is on shift who I initially have to see first is there ? it is terrible, she is rude, mean, if I ask a question I receive disrespectful responses as if she prejudges me before I speak on my person or something and I DO NOT receive it from ANY other MA. I bring my Mama n my Son there and still I receive the same vibration from her she sits to my left, I am a woman of color with African daughters so I know it has nothing to do with race for me, but not sure for her. I can’t say I know her name but she was on shift yesterday 12.04.24 and I asked her why and what is her issue with me? And she just continued to rise w negativity and poor customer service it was really unfortunate. And I was in pain with a terrible knee injury and she is just a cold person with prejudice tones. Otherwise everyone else was excellent caring, tended to my needs and concerns and provided excellent customer service

They are quick, clean, and kind. In the last week my husband, my daughter and I all had strep throat. They took care of us quickly and got us the antibiotics we needed. We appreciate you!

I had an appointment for my mother for 1:50 pm on a Saturday. I then get a text to get her there by 1:30pm because they were closing at 2. I race her there by 1:30pm only find that they closed at 1:00 pm. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I’ll never go there again.
