Very happy with my window replacement. The give our home a completely different look. Louie, Devin and Cole were very respectful of our property, making sure they didn’t leave a mess and worked as a team. First, they definitely have the sales personnel who can assure you they are the best for your job. I was planning on A……, another well know window company, but went in the direction of 4-Seasons because their sales rep was that good. Immediately after installation was complete, it was difficult to get anyone to come and repair mistakes. They did come back and replace a cracked window which was probably due to their installation. They never came out to repair bent and damaged frames. I was assured the outside as well as the inside would look as well or better than their competitors, however, it didn’t come close. The second time the same window had a crack in it, I was told they no longer did business with that manufacturer, so there’s was nothing they could do for me. My word of advice is run not walk from this company.

ONE window replacement and crank under warranty issues. 9-1/2 weeks later still waiting. Repeatedly tell Corey call and let me know what is going on. Yet I have to call weekly lately and still no resolution. Too bad for you guys as our home we are in now needs windows. You can be rest assured I will not be coming to your business for an estimate.
