Every time I've gone there has been at the least a 45 minute wait time, regardless of how barren the waiting room is. Staff were rude, dismissive, and overall gave off very unpleasant vibes towards everyone there. My first time there I was looked at like I was stupid when I asked a question on if I had to "sign in" or do anything as a new patient there. The front desk member completely ignored me the next time I came up with another question, calling up people that came into the buuilding LONG after I had. Then they have you wait another hour in the room they bring you to, for what? They never, ever set up follow up appointments like they're supposed to. I've called 5 times the last few days, each day they're open, and get and answering machine every single time, regardless of time and day (when none of then are ever on the phone at the front des every time I've gone).

Overall very lazy, rude staff that act like they are holier than thou. I would rate it a 0/5 if that were an option. I ONLY go here out of work necessity. Choose somewhere else 🙂

Came in for a dot physical. I get it done but they then tell me they cant actually give me my dot physical cause i dont have a current a1c done and despite me getting one tomorrow ill need to come back and pay for a new cdl physical

Staff is friendly enough, but they seem a little depressed. How could you blame them when they are so short handed? When you're poppin' as much as they are on a Monday afternoon, don't you think it's time for a bigger building? They ask that you maintain a 6 foot distance from other patients, but it's so crowded that there isn't 6 feet worth of space. I went for a drug screening required by my new occupation and I had to hold my pee for over an hour. I appreciate the fact that the clinic was backed up, but when somebody goes in for a drug test, they're coming stocked up and ready to go. I think there needs to be training put in place in order for the staff to be more cognizant of this. I'm sure the patients that have more time consuming needs aren't going to mind me going ahead of them to go potty in a cup and initialing a couple of bottles. It only took me 5 minutes tops.

An half hour set appointment lasted way longer than it should've. These people aren't specifically or patiently fit at all for the patients. I waited more than anything in just a empty room more than they even came in to do the next test/examination on me, and was just a repeat of waiting nearly 10-15 minutes each time. These people also have a rude attitude. Don't waste your time, because they sure will if you go here 🙂

Need to change the time on the front door, hours are now 8-4 not 8-6. So much bickering between all the workers, will definitely make the drive to a different Working Well clinic next time.

If you value a professional opinion do not go here! I had an injury in 2018, Dr never looked at my xray and told me I had arthritis when in fact I had a torn rotator cuff. And I called on a Moday in 2021 for a copy of my x-rays, lady said they will be ready Tuesday. I wasted my time and gas to drive 30 miles to pick this up only to be told their records don't go back that far!! What a joke. Hope I never have to use this place again!

Rude and impatient staff, not sure if they are aware you can hear them talking about patients clearly behind the window. Horrible experience, ended with them making my mom cry.

Would not recommend to anyone. The nurse practitioner thinks she's smarter than my family doctor. Will never set foot in there again. Wouldn't even give them one star, but had to, just to post
