Patient advocate is non existent if you have a problem they will not return your call. After three messages and two weeks it's clear they do not care.

I was very sick yesterday with asthma and acute bronchitis. Within 5 minutes or less, I saw Dr. Stern, the nurse, and given meds. The X-ray tech and the respiratory therapist were in my ER room within 15 minutes. Unbelievable! Never has any hospital ER taken care of me so fast. I wouldn’t bring my dog here. They treated my dad as if we were a bother when we were the only people there. I asked to speak to a doctor/nurse regarding my fathers symptoms and the nurse slammed her pen down and rolled her eyes because she had to speak with me. Not only the emergency room care is complete garbage but also his family doctor has rescheduled appointment after appointment to the point where my dad hasn’t been seen in 6 months when he had a heart attack a year ago. I work at meritus and we would never treat our patients with this type of disrespect. I am disgusted by how my father was treated tonight. He was dizzy, confused, having trouble walking and the first thing they asked him was if he was drunk after me explaining to them I had concerns of him having a heart attack.

I have experienced positive interactions with employees and physicians at this hospital over the last three years. I always get an answer every time when I called with a question. It is nice to be able to be able to have a local options for treatment. The new wellness center is really worth a membership.

My husband and I just visited the ER. Our nurse Stephanie and PA Greg were so caring and attentive. What a nice facility! I couldn’t believe how quickly we were seen too. We’ve had plenty of trips to the ER and we know there is always a wait, but we both were in, diagnosed, and out in just a few hours. I couldn’t be happier…. well I could be if we weren’t so sick. 🤒

Went there to get blood tests. Could just walk in & go
The next day, I got a mammogram. Had to make an appointment, but the next day was available. The service was quick & everyone was polite & courteous.

I was sick with covid pretty bad at time I didn't think I was but looking at the treatment I had to do I see that nurses and the doctors were really caring about the patients. They have it rough but always good to the patient the hospital saved My life it was long recovery but well worth it. I will never forget the dedication these doctors and nurses give to us patients thank you for getting me better to be able to be with loved ones again your work will not go unnoticed and your hearts of caring will never be forgotten.

Only one of the 4 people I dealt with in the ER on Friday was pleasant and accommodating. The ER PAC didn't fill out my paperwork with complete details so the referral I needed couldn't be scheduled til two weeks from the date of my visit. Totally unacceptable with a possible fracture, ligament or tendon issue. It took 6 hours to get a return phone call to even try to schedule the appointment. And the best advice I was given was to go to another ER and see if they could do anything. They didn't even offer to do a CAT scan to check for possible ligament and tendon damage. Trust me I will not recommend this place to anyone for any reason.
