I went to this clinic for weight loss and was able to lose about 10 lbs. The doctor and Mario are very sweet; however, I will not be returning to this business or recommending it to any of my peers because the very petite blonde receptionist is very rude. She doesn’t speak to me when I come in and after I’m done speaking with the doctor and I come back to the front to pay, she’s doesn’t say anything. She just throws the clipboard in front of me in a very rude manner, as if she’s trying to get me to not come back. She never ask if I’d like to rebook or anything. I always have to ask her. And when I do, I feel like I’m inconveniencing her, as she makes a point to be gruff with her sighs and body language. So I decided not to come back and just go to a regular doctor. I usually don’t write reviews, but I really would like for the owner to read this because I would want to be informed if I had a business and someone was treating clients like this.

This was not at all what was represented in the video presentation I participated in before my scheduled visit. I drove 3 hours under false pretenses and it was a total bait and switch waste of time. I had been told the injections touted in the video would improve my knee condition without surgery and that the treatments were covered by most insurance including my BCBS. However, after less than 5 minutes with some guy who took one X-ray of my bad knee, he advised me I wouldn’t qualify for the program I came for but instead they had another program of injections for $650 a month out of pocket because insurance wouldn’t cover the treatment. Needless to say, I left less than a satisfied patient. Never again will I listen to some alleged “doctor” operating a “medical center” out of a strip mall north of Atlanta.

In August 2022 I was in a wheelchair due to Rheumatoid Arthritis and I had gained 30 pounds because I had been inactive for months. My experience with Ga Medical Treatment Center has always been a positive one. I am very grateful to have found this place. I am now out of the wheelchair and I have lost several pounds. The receptionists are always friendly and smiling. The nurses are gentle and are prepared to answer any questions I have. Dr. Scott, Dr. Carlos, Dr. John, & Dr. James have all been a part of my success.

I love the staff Dr.John and Dr.Scott they listen to your every needs and the therapy that they got is great. Am not talking about anyone I do have to say this they could speed up a little bit or if doctor Scott has to many people they need to hire somebody to work with him cause my appt was around 10:00 and I got out of there at 3:00 am just being honest but u love y’all y’all Rock

I had a great experience here. I lost 42 pounds in 6 months on their weight loss program. Carlos is a fantastic coach. He gave me encouragement and support at each meeting. With my new understanding of the foods that make me gain weight I feel confident I’ll be able to keep it off.

I used to see this group a couple of years ago when my insurance covered the visits. They made sure they ran every test under the sun to bill my insurance. After my insurance stopped covering the service, they offered me a cash option that was affordable. I continued to see them for a bit, but was very dissatisfied. My visits would often take 90 minutes or more and when I finally got to see the chiropractor, it was like he was in a huge rush to get me out the door. I was left in a treatment room with with e-stim on for almost an hour, why the doctor went to lunch. Nobody knew I was there, until I unplugged myself and went to find out what was going on. Recently, I decided to give them another chance. It was slightly over a year since my last visit, and I made an appointment. They wanted to get my insurance card, and I explained that my benefits with it are not worth the cost and I preferred to pay cash. After that, I was told I would need a $175 new patient fee. Tried to explain I was not new. I was told since it was over a year, I would need to pay the fee and get new x-rays. I told them, no way and left to find a fabulous new Chiropractor who is upfront, attentive and honest.

Very professional, courteous personnel, they make sure that you understand the procedure. The procedure they performed on me gave me back my Quality of life and I have been able to continue to work.
They were recommended by my own pain management Doctor at another practice and I am very satisfied with the care I recieved.
I am a person with 4 low back surgeries including an L4-5 fusion with instrumentation / titanium rods etc.
I had six prior epidural injections at three other clinics in the Atl metro area during the last 10 years and never had the results / pain relieve as I have had since I had the procedure here at Georgia Pain Management Treatment Center.
