First and foremost this review is long overdue!! I fell in love with Giorgio, the moment I stepped through the doors and seen the outdoor space. My husband and I got married back in August. And now it’s been 4 months since we’ve been married, and to this day, guests are telling us how much they enjoyed our wedding, how much they enjoyed the food, the scenery, and most importantly the staff. If you are having hesitations about getting married here, pleaseeeeeee do not hesitate. George, Nick, his son George, my lovely attendant, the staff, everyone was amazing and so kind to us. My day unfortunately was filled with rain in the morning time, and originally I wanted the ceremony to be outside, because of the rain. So I reluctantly agreed to do the ceremony inside. But then the forecast shown that there would have at least an hour of a no rain period which happened to fall at the same time, my wedding was going to start. Everyone in the crew, went back outside with all of the chairs and started wiping down seats, in order for our guests to sit. This greatly touched my heart. The food, THE FOOD, especially because both of our families are Haitians! We Caribbean people don’t play about our food, but every Haitian in attendance, and even guests that we had from other nationalities gave us major points because Giorgio’s not only supplied us with lots of food, but it was TASTY! Most of the time whenever we attended wedding venues that was stunning in appearance like Giorgio’s, the food is 99% of the time, bland and disgusting. But Giorgio’s was the first venue that we and our guests have been to, that actually wow’d us from start to finish. Ruben and I can’t thank the staff enough, we have 0 regrets getting married here. And I know if you give Giorgio’s baiting hollow a chance, you wont regret it!

Ruben and I are desperately waiting for a friend of ours to get married here so we can have an excuse to come back!! Book this venue, you wont regret it!!! I’m here leaving a review (that wasn’t asked for) 4 months after !!!! 🤩😆

I don’t know how to even begin to explain how absolutely AMAZING everything at Giorgio’s was, not only on our wedding day, but from the day we walked in a year ago and decided to choose Giorgio’s for our special day to every day leading up to our wedding day. The service at Giorgio’s is like no other. Leading up to the wedding, Giorgio’s was extremely accommodating and transparent with every single detail to make our day perfect. I have had many friend get married this past year, being in multiple of them and not one other venue provides the service that Giorgio’s did the day of. Alexa was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING the day of making sure we didn’t waste a second off the dance floor, had everything we needed the entire day, and put together every little detail I had mentioned to her prior to the wedding that I wanted, to make the venue look exactly how I imagined it would look (and more). The wait staff and every worker at Giorgio’s was nothing but respectful and friendly every time we stepped foot into Giorgio’s and not only to us, but to all the guests the day of the wedding as well. When you walk into Giorgio’s you immediately feel like family and that was the most important detail of our day that no other venue had provided to us. Not only was the staff at Giorgio's impeccable , but the views and scenery are like no other. From the stunning ballroom, to the breathtaking view of the golf course and greenery outside, all of our guests were raving about the beauty of Giorgio’s all night. Lastly, one of the most important components to a wedding which was our number one priority going into searching for a venue was the food. Not only did the the quantity of the food that is served during cocktail hour or the second entree choice they offer leave our guests speechless but the deliciousness of the food blew everyone away. George and Nick were absolutely amazing and overlooked every single second of our day to ensure everything went perfectly. I can not talk more highly of Giorgio’s if I tried, everything about the place is absolutely perfect.

We celebrated our friend's wedding reception at Giorgio's and I must say it was one of the best experiences. The food was excellent and service was outstanding. I love to see a well jelled team of waiters and waitresses bringing the food to the table in unison so we could start eating at the same time. The entire venue is gorgeous, and having a beautiful sunset topped it off.

Giorgio’s Baiting Hollow is a gorgeous venue and we love shooting weddings here. The getting ready room is stunning with a ton of natural light thanks to the tall windows. The portraits are especially beautiful with the landscape providing breathtaking backdrops. There are so many different locations, so you get a nice variety of shots.
