Las oficinas son apagadas los empleados van por ir a trabajar fui por qué tenía flu y fiebre alta 101.8 antes de entrar y me midió la temperatura con un termómetro de frente y le pregunté qué si no tenía otro dispositivo para medir la temperatura por qué ese no sirve ni siquiera podía mantener de pie, además el docto me chequea dice que es flu sin hacerme la prueba, le digo que me haga la prueba y me dice que no me la hacía por qué ya iban a cerrar y no me podían dar la respuesta hoy por qué se tomaría 45 min, ni te Dan la opción como que de qué te la puedo hacer mañana te llamamos para el resultado nada, no me envío nada para la fiebre me fui igual, solo me recetó esteroides para la congestión, llamo al siguiente día para el resultado y me dicen que estoy positiva con flu pero que no me pueden enviar los resultados por email, tengo que irlos a buscar.

It was ok. I was disappointed that the check-in lady didn't tell me that it was a 45 minute to an hour wait for Covid testing. The room was somewhat tidy but could have used some TLC. The staff was friendly. This was my second time here. I do like their location because it's so close to home.

The doctors are ok for the most part, but the office staff is a joke. I have been in that place 8-10 times for a reoccurring UTI. Filled out the necessary forms to have my records sent to a urologist three times and this has not been done. Numerous calls to no avail. They even lied to my face and said they sent my records….NOT!! Complete incompetence!!!!

Great experience!!! Was having restricted breathing from severe asthma and they were a lifesaver!! Was in and out in 20-25 minutes. Thank you Dee thank you Doc🙌

Took my dad in for a digestive issue, PA Maisy was very efficient and quick. She also explained everything to my dad in Vietnamese which was helpful!

I brought my son here when he was complaining of his ears hurting. The doctor cracked open the door, looked at me, not my son, and said “He probably just has the crud that’s going around. I’ll put in a prescription”and closed the door. Never examined him or even looked at him?! After a while the nurse came in and asked what pharmacy we wanted to use. At that time, I asked the nurse to have the doc at least look in his ears. The doc came back in agitated and quickly looked in his ears for one second each and said they were completely fine and sent us on our way. We went to another urgent care and turns out he had a double ear infection! Never going back.

I took my daughter because she was really sick and having trouble breathing with headaches, body aches and such. Nurse said they would do flu test and panel of tests to send off. We’ll get in the room and because she doesn’t have a fever at the time they said they are just going to do a panel of tests. Nurse does the swab and the doctor comes in shortly after. Doctor pretty much just said what nurse said and turns to walk out. I stopped her and said are you not going to check my daughter’s breathing or anything a doctor would check. Oh yes sure I’ll do that. What in the heck she was about to walk out and not even check her patient at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY.

Terrible experience. I came in early Christmas Eve morning on a Saturday. First thing I was told was it would be a min. wait of 45 minutes, but no other patients were in the room. I said that was fine. I am 36 weeks pregnant and felt like the doctor didn't even want to look at me. She literally listened to my back for 3 seconds and told me she couldn't do anything due to my pregnancy. She did not look in my throat or check my ears. She sent me on my way without doing a routine look at me.

Also they did not disclose when I checked in they were out of covid and flu tests which was why I came in also to check.

The next 2 days were Christmas and the holiday so everything was closed and I was miserable. As soon as my OB opened back up on Tuesday I found out I had an ear/sinus infection and they prescribed me a safe antibiotic to fix it.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They DO NOT know how to take care of people and do not waste your time. I don't typically write bad reviews unless they are warranted.
