Love this group. I think it’s important to find the right “fit”. I see a great PA and have for years. He is kind, funny and compassionate. I’ve seen others in the group over 20 years and only had one experience that was mediocre.

Wonderful experience. I have had terrible experiences with Dr offices and they were wonderful. So absolutely kind checking in and out. The nurse was incredibly nice and the Dr. One of the best I've seen. Was quick concise listened to exactly what I was saying. In no way made me feel bad about anything I wasn't taking care of. N literally the fastest appt time ever without feeling at all rushed. Thank u for the care

This was the first time I've ever been into this office and it was by far the most wonderful experience. It was for simple blood work but both, the receptionist and phlebotomist were extremely kind and efficient. I was back in my car within 10 minutes. Hopefully they see this one day and know they truly made my day.

Real disappointed in the manner I was treated during my recent visit. There’s some new staff and doctors. I received a very cool reception from the intake nurse assisting the doctor And from the doctor who couldn’t get me out of the office fast enough. I barely Had time to be heard.
I’ve been a patient for a few years..
I always felt warmly received And comfortable.. It was extremely different..

I wish there was a way to give zero stars to this medical group! The office staff is extremely rude to the point of making a person wonder how this office stays in business. They do not listen to what the patient is saying, they just want to read off their "script". If you want an experience like you are talking to an outsourced operator, by all means, call this office. If you want a medical office that listens to you and cares about their clients, please seek care somewhere else!

Been going to this group for about 10 years...give or take. I must say I've never had a bad experience. Just like everywhere else you go you wait a little bit for the dr....but not nearly as long as other offices. Dr Arnold is absolutely amazing!!

Showed up at scheduled appointment, new job so insurance info but no card, they refused to let me see the doctor (after having taken the morning off work to honor my appt) or even make a new appt. Now being charged a $35 no show fee because I was "unprepared." Next.

Called up with a severe shoulder pain. Asked to see anyone. Was told I could only see my doctor, not anyone else in the group and the first appointment was a week from now. What’s the point of a doctor if it takes a week to get seen for acute pain?!? Gonna have to find a new provider.
