H & H has the best prices on used/refurbished ergonomic office chairs. I spent weeks watching Craigslist, Facebook marketplace, and other resale platforms and H & H beat other sellers pricing for remastered Aerons by $100-300. I particularly appreciated the ability schedule a pickup after office hours, a lot of places are only open during working hours making it difficult to arrange an in person appointment without interfering with work. Sam is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. He knows his inventory and will answer all your questions with confidence and clarity. I bought a Herman Miller remastered Aeron chair in fantastic condition and my back is already thanking me. The model I bought would cost ~$2000 new, I paid $550 thanks to a sale H & H was having. An incredible deal on a chair that I will probably use for decades. H & H also sells other office furniture like standing desks (with similarly competitive pricing). Highly recommend!

What a find! H&H Office Supply has the best selection of high end Herman Miller (and other brand) office chairs. He buys them, cleans and refurbishes them and provides a 1 year warranty on anything going wrong. Brand new, these chairs retail for about $2000. Because they are so durable, purchasing them on the secondary market is the way to go. We're really happy with our purchase - tell Sam we sent you!

Sam is knowledgeable about the chairs he sells and prioritizes customer satisfaction. Instead of trying to upsell me on something I didn’t need, Sam patiently explained to me why the Steelcase Leap V2 was enough for what I was looking for.

The chairs here are very well priced — better than most comparable chairs I’ve seen on Facebook marketplace or other refurbished chair stores.

This is the second time I'm buying from Sam at H&H. Late in 2023 I purchased a Herman Miller Aeron and a Mirra2, and it was absolutely clear that Sam knows his stuff. He knew the chairs inside and out, and was happy to answer ALL of my questions. My wife and I got to pick exactly which chairs we wanted. Sam pointed out any flaws on the chairs (if any), and made sure we were happy with our choices. After all that, Sam then thoroughly re-cleaned and re-sanitized the chairs we bought! He really went above and beyond the call of duty.
After a few months, my wife and I have been very happy with our chairs. So much that I just made a second purchase (this time, a Steelcase V2) for my office.

One thing I'd like to note: You can purchase these chairs used all over FB marketplace and other places. But Sam's prices, knowledge, and service (and the cleaning!!) makes it WELL WORTH to buy from him instead.
