This is my new go-to appliance dealer. Knowledgeable and efficient. For example, after weeks and weeks of a competitor on Rt 1 in Lawrenceville d**king me a around about my interest in a 24” gas double wall oven (including a site visit that I paid for that misidentified my appliance as fully electric), a single brief phone conversation with Don at H&H instantly educated me - what I sought no longer exists.
A visit to H&H in person revealed an extensive showroom and friendly, INTELLIGENT and helpful staff. I paid them for a similar site visit and learned many helpful details. We bought one appliance that day and plan to buy others.

Bottom Line Up Front: We recently enjoyed an exceptional buying experience with H&H Appliance Center and wanted to tell you about it! Highly recommended.

My wife and I decided that it was time to replace our 15 year old GE Profile Gas Range and Microwave Oven. So off we went looking to find the best Value out there.

Actually, off I went, as my wife was completely satisfied with simply getting another GE Profile suite and call it a day. Spoiler Alert: We remained with GE Profile for both (so glad that we did).

So, I initially began searching online by looking at all of the Brands from Blue Star, Thermador, Viking, Bosch, etc., knowing full well that in Life, you generally get for what you pay. I saw price points anywhere from $1,000 all the way to $10,000 and beyond.

The available options are definitely overwhelming. So are the reviews of each that you will also find online.

At the end of the day, thoroughly exhausted from a several week search, I thought that a mid-range option would work for us – something like a GE Profile (Café), Bosch, KitchenAid, or Viking.

So, like most of you will, we came up with a Short List – a list of a couple of models that you would like to actually see and explore further. Like we did, you’ll probably go to one of the Big Box Stores to see what kind of a deal might be available. Unfortunately, we saw a very limited selection of available models from which to choose.

I then recalled a good friend once saying make sure you check out H&H. Our initial thinking was that since these guys are a specialty store in that they don’t sell plywood, paint, or lightbulbs and are focused solely on appliances, this would come at a premium price.

Wrong! From a pricing perspective, they are very, very competitive. And having them focused only on appliances is a definite Plus!

As we narrowed our focus, several factors were important to us that resulted in our going with H&H:

1. Good Value: Optimum Product Quality at a competitive Price
2. Knowledge and Expertise
3. Availability
4. Customer Service

Product Knowledge
What really sealed the deal was Mr. Jim Visco’s knowledge. Not only did he take the time to answer all of our questions, but, we could actually see each model in the showroom that was on our Short List. The H&H showroom is amazing. From an educational perspective, it’s definitely worth making the time just to stop by and see. You will not be pressured in any way.

Delivery & Installation
Then, with delivery, since we needed two (2) separate kitchen appliances, we were planning on two separate delivery dates. Wrong, again! One day, same day for both. Their delivery Teams have been working with specific Installers forever – so, coordination between Teams is relatively seamless. We first had the microwave installed and 30 minutes later, our new range was also delivered and installed.

Delivery, removal of the old, and installation of the new could not have been any better. These Teams are very professional and know exactly what they are doing.

In the final analysis, for any future appliance needs, we will be going with H&H and not waste time at a Big Box Store.

As you conduct your due diligence and work toward getting to your Short List, we highly recommend that you stop by H&H for some advice. We’re fairly certain that you will not be disappointed.

I would recommend anyone in the central NJ area that you need to buy all your appliances here. Jim Gallo was absolutely amazing and helped us through the entire process when we renovated our kitchen.

The quality of the products, the attention to the installation, and the customer service is fantastic. We wanted top quality products since we cook a lot. Having Wolf and Viking brands in the store (along with the complete range of products) was amazing.

There was an issue with one of the screens on the exhaust hood and a small defect on the refrigerator that Jim and H&H quickly took action and fixed the problem within 24 hours.

The personal attention here is something that you are not going to find at any box store and the availability AFTER the sale is just as important to them compared to the BEFORE the sale.

We did not need the grill or the clothes washer / dryer yet, but we will be back!
