My spouse and I are very pleased with the service we received at H&H. The customer service was phenomenal! We took our Equinox in to get an inspection and were very happy with the attentiveness of the staff. We were greeted warmly by Samantha. Our needs for the car were met. The service manager checked on us to make sure someone was already assisting us. We took a look at their used cars on the lot, and Jared came out to show us some of their vehicles for sale. He was very kind and helpful as well. The whole experience was amazing! 👏

Our recent 2025 Equinox purchase with H&H was very easy. My wife knew what features she was looking for in her next car and our search brought us to H&H in shippensburg as they were the only dealer in the area with one on their lot. When we arrived we were greeted by Brad Ramos our sales rep. He took us for the test drive and explained some features of the vehicle. We retuned the next afternoon to finalize the purchase. The owner, Mickey was able to runover a lot more of the features in detail while we waited our turn to do paper work. We’ve bought vehicles from other dealerships in the past and I would not hesitate to return to H&H for another in the future. Very nice local family owned business.

I have been taking my cars to H&H for over 20 years now, but always for service, which has been excellent. But last week when i came across a nice used car that was a good candidate to be my teenage son's first vehicle, i decided to check it out. I worked with Brad Ramos, who was very helpful and patient with me and my son as we took it for two test drives (once when it was just me stopping in initially and a second time when i returned with my son). Brad was honest, upfront and very friendly. This was my first experience on the sales side of H&H and i was very impressed with all the people i worked with to get the deal done, there was no pressure and no b.s., it was all very friendly and easy going. I will definitely consider H&H for future vehicle purchases and will continue to use them for service as i have always had great experiences with all of the people in the service department as well.
