I purchased my two wedding bands from them. Overall the bands were nice but their service is below average. They completely misfitted mine to my actual finger size. When I went back to ask them to fix it they seemed aggravated and very inconvenienced. They resized the band and it is still too big on me. I am not even going to go back again and am just going to get it fixed somewhere else. For somebody who spent thousands of dollars on their products I expected more proficiency and less errors in their work. It's worth spending the extra money for a higher quality jeweler.

I came in today with a very specific request which I knew would be difficult to arrange.

I needed two identical fancy yellow diamonds (princess cut) to create some studs I‘d been wanting for a while.

The issue is finding identical stones and in the size I needed them in.

Bri and Michael provided me with exceptional service.
They put so much time and care into it, we spent 2 hours discussing every detail.

After searching through the inventory they managed to provide me with two beautiful matching 0,72 C stones.
And not only, they were both GIA certified (which is rare for the size and an important value certification)

The second part is deciding on the setting.
I needed the setting as minimal as possible.
The stones need to sit in / float on the ear.
Which means the setting needs to be almost invisible.

They created them ON THE SPOT, so I could try them on and decide again if I wanted to go through with the purchase.

They came out PERFECT, no flaws.
