Sorry, this is a long review, but when a business is HONEST and PROFESSIONAL, I will give them the time needed to convey their exemplary service.
I originally went to H&H to get keys made for one of my business locations. We have a unique key that a box store key cutter machine was unable to duplicate. H&H was able to copy that key, and the technician there did the job quickly and professionally.
A month or so later, we needed a newly installed door rekeyed. I was quoted a great price by H&H. When the technician arrived to do the job, he noticed that the door installation company had not done their job correctly concerning the lock itself. The technician from H&H FIXED the incorrect lock AND keyed to lock and HONORED the original quote! The job he ended up doing should have doubled the labor quote. OUTSTANDING integrity in an age where some businesses are very untrustworthy.
When we find an honest professional business, we need to tell each other so that they thrive, and we support the businesses that deserve our patronage. H&H is a quality shop with honest technicians!

Most important detail, if your purchase at the store is under $20 you'll need cash to pay.

As a result I did not actually get my key made there as although the price was better and I'm 100% the key would have been better than the one from the machine in the grocery store, I just didn't have time to go to a cash machine and come back.

I was referred to H&H by a national manufacturer of windows and doors when I needed a regional solution for residential door hardware. So far my experience here has been wonderful. Richard, with whom I spoke, really knows his product (Baldwin among others) and has been able to help me solve two problems with two different doors for customers (we install windows and doors for a living). Their responsiveness, product knowledge, and enthusiasm for their trade will have me referring H&H's services to my customers in the DC metro area.

Let me start off by saying. Thank you Paul. He was very patient with me and truly helpful. I came in to this location by being referred by Lowes. As soon as I walked in, Paul greeted me with a smile and eagerness to serve. I needed a copy of a motorcycle key with no part number on it, just blank. He worked tirelessly to find a correct key. Customers were coming in and out and others helped them with their needs.. Paul continued to work to find a key and treated me as if I was the only customer in the store. after numerous attempts to find a key that would fit,, it still wouldn't work, but he was not gonna give up. He continued and continued working the problem until he got it to the correct specs. Thank you H&H. Well done!

These guys are great. The older gentlemen there spent a great amount of time giving me valuable information. I felt very guilty I couldn't buy anything. But, I will definitely return. And you should too! I rarely give 5. But, this business well deserve it.
