I purchased a crosstour there two weeks ago and when I say there customer service was immaculate . They was overly nice and helpful. I had finance issues and they worked it out with me! All there cars was newer years and super clean !!! That was the only issue I had there was I ain’t know what to choose from lol ! Hassan and sterl was great definitely got a customer for life!!!

They some scamming people I will not Recommend. People to these scamming people. They over price people and the cars are lemons. I got a car there two weeks ago Transmission went up already. They are the worst people to go to I should’ve took my money to CarMax. Can’t never support your own people so take your money somewhere else. Don’t trust them with there scamming cars.

My experience with this business started out great. I got a 2012 Lexus ES 350. Great car. I got the paperwork for the loan and noticed where it says gap insurance, the line was blank. So I asked the young man who was doing my paperwork, Sterling Ellis, if I had gap insurance and he stated yes Ms. Mary you do have gap insurance. On February 3, 2018, I was in a accident. Car was totaled. So while I'm waiting on the insurance company for the first car. I go back to H&H Motors to get my second one since they treated me so nice. We go with a loan company called consumer portfolio, get approved, then we find another loan co. With a better offer. H&H Motors did send a message to the first company to cancel the loan but they sent the money to his bank account, and it was not returned. I called Mr. Tucker and we sat in my car and he proceeds to show me his bank account and all the money that was being taking out and tolde not to worry. He would work it out. He sent CPS $8.000.00 the first time then another $5,000.00 the second time. I just found out today from CPS that the loan was paid off, bit $9,396.00 is still on my credit score. Now, back to the first car, H&H Motors repeatedly told me that I had gap insurance. I filed a complaint with BBB. Mr. Tucker told BBB that I had gap insurance. According to the loan company, I did not have gap insurance and I am responsible for paying over $3,400.00 for the car that was totaled. I spoke with gateway one financial today, now they are going to sue me. I have already filed a complaint with the state of Maryland court system and I filed another complaint with the consumer protection division. My next move is to sue H&H Motors and contact project Baltimore to help get to the bottom of this mess. I have the paperwork to prove all that I have said and I sent it all to the state of Maryland. I'm telling the truth. Buyers beware. Note:. While all of this was going on, I was on sick leave from the car accident. All that yelling he was doing when all I wanted Mr. Tucker to do was pay the loan and the gap insurance. That was all I wanted. I will never do this again. Don't remove me, I'll only do it again. Mr. Tucker wouldn't listen to me, the customer when I told that I did not have gap insurance like he kept saying I did and told the BBB that I did and he wouldn't even check. This is very bad business practice. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to him. The few people that gave Mr. Tucker a five star rating are most likely, close friends, family or employee of the business. I know for a fact that Mr. Sterling Ellis is an employee, he's the one that did my paperwork and originally told me time and time again that I had gap insurance.

Sounds to me like somebody not to good at reading and comprehension. Anyone who buys a car from a dealer has the option to accept or decline gap insurance. How can you look at a space that's blank then ask if you have gap... Sounds like somebody not taking responsibility for their own ignorance.My personal experiences here have been nothing short of fantastic cool down to earth staff and professional environment.

Do not purchase a car from here don’t do any type of business with these people they cars look appealing and in good condition but reality its not trust me on this go to a big dealership where they are professional and will tell you everything you need to know, And will try to give you the best deal these people are grimey and petty all these good reviews are probably friends and family or people who haven’t had a chance to really get to know that car they will do you dirty if you are new and inexperienced car buyer trust me on this go somewhere with a new buyers program you will thank me later
