H&H helped us get out of a scary and weird situation. Our 22' moving truck pulling a car trailer got stuck on a steep snowy road. We couldn't go up and also had cars behind us. Zach was immediately helpful on the phone call, sent text updates, and arrived as quickly as possible to get us out. He even helped us re-hitch our car trailer onto the moving truck and gave us advice on a more appropriate driving route. Highly recommend! Thanks Zach!

I can’t say enough on how much H&H Towing came to the rescue! We had our vacation cut short with a blown engine block while towing our camp trailer. Zak is the man, dude, BossMan, hero, all the above. I will definitely be recommending everyone I know to them. Even though we are a lot of hours away from home. He made us feel at home.

I slid my trailer off a snowy forest service road this November. Jason was quick to arrive on scene and is a true recovery specialist. He took his time and was extremely careful to not cause any additional damageto the camper. We were able to continue our hunt. Thanks to his help. I can't thank Jason enough for his hard work.

This company is overpriced and has poor customer service. They charged me over $900 to tow my truck from CB south to Gunnison. My 16 son ran off the road while trying to avoid hitting a deer. Unfortunately, the highway patrol decided it was abandoned after only sitting on the side of the road for less than 10 hours. While we were actively trying to get friends to help us pull the vehicle out the highway patrol called H and H Towing without our permission.

This company has unethical business practices. They charge the vehicle owners twice as much if the highway patrol calls in the tow than if the owner calls in the tow themselves. How can you justify charging two different fees for the same services?

When I asked the owner if he would consider taking $200 off the outrageous price of $900 or charge me what he would of charged me if I would have called in the tow he rudely said no. He also replied that if I could not afford the tow I should not have run my truck off the road. We ran off the road to prevent hitting a deer! The owner was incredibly rude and confrontational and at one point he looked like he was going to try and hit me. I am a 47 old woman and I was with my 16 son.

I realize that many people would not notice this incredible price gouging because their insurance would pay for it. Unfortunately, for those who have to pay out of pocket, this is a huge expense for the work they provided (just about 2 hours of their time, that is over $400 hr!).

I suggest getting towing services from anyone else! This company is a total scam run by rude and selfish people.

Was stuck in the mountains and needed my vehicle exchanged for another (due to rental car company error). H&H Towing came through and worked with the rental agency to get me and my family back on the road. They really helped us out of a jam. 5 stars to Zak, Jason, and James for all their effort.

Zach is awesome! We got stuck 25 minutes outside of Gunnison on New Year’s Eve. Not only did he come pick us up, but he offered to look at our car the next morning and drive us to a hotel outside of town since Uber and Lyft were unavailable. We can’t thank him and H&H Towing enough!
