This where lil boys that wish they was hood go 💯😭 amazing staff tho! Terrible broke men that try to hop and thirst in women’s sections. The only respectful men I encountered were coupled up. I think charging men a cover fee would solve this problem… I would rather it be me & the dj than 1 of those guys + 100 lovely ladies. S/o dj trini !! them boys be on him so bad you would think they were groupies Maybe they are. They wouldn’t survive in philly but they act so tough. Bunch of beautiful women and wanna be ninja’s 😭 didn’t see a single man step like how I stepped $$$ unless they had women with them 💯

We went to the lounge late on a weekday 1 hour to closing yet the customer service was amazing! The kitchen wasn't open and the bartender was no longer in but we were still offered easy to make drinks; all six drinks (3cranberry and casamigos, 3pineapple and Casamigos) were strong. The decor was super cute plenty of space to take pictures, the bathroom was clean, the VIP area was cozy, the smart tv had access to YouTube and nextflix; we were allowed the opportunity to choose our own entertainment. There were many hookah flavors, the flavor "69" tasted like baby powder and it was really strong. A little pricey 6 drinks and the hookah ($40) came up to 140 but that's an average price range for a lounge. I would come back at a busier time to see the differences if any.

It gets a 3 star because there isn’t any real customer service and the place really looks run down but I’m not going to say I didn’t have a good time. On the walk in, there is no greeting and we sat ourselves down. It look like the inside of someone’s house honestly. There is a cover charge for 10 dollars at the door and the hookah is overpriced. Music is great and the vibes are great with a group of friends on a Saturday night. It’s really what you make of it being that it’s really the only hookah lounge in this area. Again It’s not like I didn’t have a good time, it’s more like it could have been a better experience.

The place is hit or miss depending on who’s there. Last visit the customer service was really bad. Hookah wasn’t done right and kept leaking into the hose. The furniture layout needs to change and become more friendly and perhaps not use flammable fabric when there is burning charcoal around all the time. Floor very sticky and needs a good wash.

While my friends and I have switched from Mystique in Farmingdale to here, I must say it’s only worth three stars. The hookah can be incredibly weak. It is very pricey. The customer service isn’t too great. I’m not saying this place is awful and I’d stop going, but going weekly like my friends and I used to has become too much of a monetary hassle. There was also a case where the place did not open till approximately 8pm, despite it saying 6pm as their opening hour. That left a sour taste in my mouth. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t leery each time my friends and I go there that they won’t be open, or open much later than their posted schedule.
