I was referred to H&L trailers. From my first phone call I felt comfortable with doing business with them. Miguel listened to what service I needed performed on my trailer. From drop off to pick up was a great experience. Miguel was as honest and kind as they come. I didn't need all the work done that I thought I needed. He was honest and even showed me pics showing that some stuff didn't need to be done. I appreciate all of y'all and you now have a customer from now on. Thanks again for the great experience

Bought a trailer from them brand new lug nuts were over tightened and destroyed the thread. Lugnuts come off forcefully and will not go back on. I’m $67 dollars out of pocket for new lugnuts.

Great experience purchasing a new trailer here at H & L. Staff was very professional, friendly, and knew their stuff. In and out with a new trailer in less than an hour. If I ever need another trailer or parts, this is the place I'll go, and I live almost two hours away!

Called and spoke to a guy about a John Deere 970 tractor asked if everything worked great he said yes. Have the tractor sent to me in Spokane Washington. AS SOON AS I GET IT THE HOUR METER IS NOT WORKING!!! THEY EVEN PUT IN THE INVOICE THE HOURS ON TRACTOR, WHEN CLEARLY IT WAS NOT WORKING!! WHY WOULD YOU ADVERTISE WITH THE HOURS, IF IT DOES NOT HAVE A WORKING HOUR/TACHOMETER VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE!!! ITS LIKE SELLING A CAR WITH 40K MILES, AND THEN YOU GET IT AND SEE THAT IT HAS NEVER BEEN CLOKING THE MILES. BE CAREFUL!! IF YOU RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS, IT WONT LAST! VERY DISHONEST!!!!!! YOU KNEW ALL LONG THE HOUR METER WAS BROKEN!!!
