Having seen a number of H & M trucks in our mobile home community we decided to call and set up an appointment for a free estimate to have our tub/shower combo removed and replaced with just a shower. I spoke with Ben and he set up an appointment for July 29th to come and give us an estimate. Prior to the 29th I realized it would be advantageous to also get an estimate on awnings for both entrance doors.
Ben showed up on the 29th, we discussed the work and Ben took measurements. Before writing up the estimate I inquired about the outside work. Ben took measurements and included that in the estimate. We were eager to have the work done by September and Ben saw no problem with that. As we were pleased with the estimate we wrote a check as down payment.
On Tues. August 13th Allen and Bubb came and within 2 1/2 hours had the awning over the kitchen side steps up, what a difference. There were decisions to be made about the living room side so they said they would be back to do that another day. When they left the yard was cleaned up and the only evidence that there had been work done was the beautiful, new awning.
Danny and Terry came on Wed. early afternoon to start the shower install. They worked removing the old tub, removing trim work (being careful to protect it from breakage so it could be reused) and getting ready to start working on the additional support H & M installs to enhance the stability of the new shower. They returned the next two days to finish up the install. They were both very respectful of us, our home and possessions and were always careful, especially when carrying in large pieces of lumber and the new shower, maneuvering up the entrance stairs, through the laundry room door, around the kitchen bar and into the bathroom - no nicks, scratches and nothing broken in the process. The install took 3 partial days to complete and after leaving there was so sign outside our home that any demo and construction had gone on. By about 4 p.m. on Friday the 15th Danny and Terry had completed the install. Danny gave us a tutorial on the new shower and they were on their way.
On day three (the 15th) Allen and Bubb also returned to install the second awning. We had several potted plants sitting around the porch steps that we were able to move with no difficulty. However one plant was a climbing plant and was set against the post that was going to be used to support the awning. It was mature and had already climbed up the post and was moving across the railing. The only way to move it was to cut most of the plant away. We waited until Allen and Bubb had come back to see if we needed to cut and move it but they had no problem working around it. When all was said and done the awning was up, looked great and the plant survived with no hint that it had been in the way - kudos for sparing my plant. Within 2 1/2 hours Bubb and Allen had the awning installed, cleaned up, packed up and were on their way.
We are delighted with the work that was done by both teams and for the care and respect they showed for us, our home and possessions. We would definitely recommend H & M and both teams!!

The new roof that was put on looks amazing. The guys came and did it on a Sunday. Before the snow hit on Monday. They were so nice and friendly. Terry, Cody and the guys came on that Monday and Tuesday to do inside work. Terry kept me very informed of what was going on. I was very pleased with these four gentlemen. Ben was very thorough when he came to talk to me about what I wanted done. He had pictures and examples of the product. Which I really liked so I knew what I was buying.

H&M Mobile Home Remodelers installed vinyl side on my mobile home in less then 3 days!! The installers did such a beautiful job!! They cleaned up after themselves...would have never known anyone was here to do the job. They were very professional and respectful to me and my mom and my home!! My home looks brand new!! I would recommend H&M Mobile Home Remodelers to anyone!! Thank you so much and keep up the great work!!

We had a 3 gentlemen come out and put a roof over our porch...it looks awesome...they came between 8am and 9am...and left at 3 or 4 something...they did an awesome job.

The instalation went fantastically smooth. The installers did an excellent job and I would recommend H&M to anyone doing a bathroom remodel. They were much less than any of the others but the quality of their product and workmanship was all we could have asked for.

The installers had a lot of situations they had to overcome because I have a I have a nineteen sixty eight trailer with self sticking tile on the floor. They did a good job. I need to add some information. The installers were Terry and Trevor and they knew what they were doing. There wasn't a guesting thing and they didn't have to call anybody.

I would leave negative stars if i could. They were the most unprofessional and verbally abusive people. We had then try to skirting for our mobile home. I asked Billy the sales person I the could do behind our ramp/deck. He said sure, it will be tight but they could. He also told me I could use thr financing I was approved for as a down payment even though we did offer to pay the remaining balance. So we didn't hear anything so my mother calls to see when they were going to come out. They tell us the next day. Guy rolls up to my house and asks me to move my car. I come out and be then says, 'ya know we aren't doing behind your deck. We don't do behind decks' I had barely gotten out that the sales person said you would (also was thinking are you going to give me a lower price than since you are only doing half my house) He starts cursing at me and calling HOWARD, and that I need an answer my phone and have a 3 way conversation. So HOWARD continues with "you don't have any down money and you are trying to rob us. We don't need this" curse curse... I feel violated. Don't use these people. They are horrible. ... as you can see from the response below the OWNER Howard installed to and he and his employee were both dropping f bombs before I even did. Also sir I did not lie about having financing. I have paper work provided by your sales person that states that the financing was good for the down payment... If you didn't want to do the job then you shouldn't have taken it. You are completely unprofessional. And you attacking me proves it. I will tell everyone how great you treat people. I couldn't even get to the point asking questions before I was yelled at so excuse me SIR for being irate.

I had a door replaced and they did a great job, I love the end results. Everyone was very helpful and nice to work with. The entire process was smooth and easy and very quick. I will definitely be contacting them again when I am ready to have my next project done.
