I like this store so much but parking is biggest problem. Super busy streets and cars don’t care pedestrians. But store is clean and neat. A very cute store. Crews are kind and generous.

H-Mart is one of my favorite markets to buy fresh seafood and I come here on the regular and I’m was so excited to see that they now have Live King Crabs!
I can’t afford to buy any right now, but they sure are pretty to look at along with all of my other favorites that they have ready to eat right now!
Is fall, and I love persimmon and can eat at least wanted to a day and I love stocking up on them so, they have them here for a great price!

Their poke bowl used to be my favorite, until they decided to replace the seaweed salad with raw onions (lots of them). For the price of $13, this is no longer worth it. Like, seriously? Onions?

It's a Korean grocery store. You can get good quality meat and fish, and there are not many kinds, but the vegetables are also fresh. It's a place to recommend, and you can buy Korean instant noodles and a variety of Japanese and Korean alcoholic beverages. There is a parking lot, a 1-minute walk away is the stumptown roster coffee shop,

Good item selection, come here often. Lots of different sauce options, and caters to many different Asian dining experiences.
Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with a cashier when making a large big purchase on January 15th 2025, (cashier number 1 at 7:30pm, a tall Asian male) who insisted on seeing the IDs of all members of the group (who were all over 21, but did not all have valid ID on them). This was the first time ever that I had experienced a grocery store ask for more than just the purchasers ID, including at this location. Perhaps a new policy? It had not been made clear to us before this incident, making for a very negative experience. H mart, please clarify— when purchasing alcohol, should shoppers be expected to leave children and those without ID behind in their cars?

04/30/19: 4.5 out 5 - Came here with my mother-in-law because she wanted to see what it is all about. This would make it m second visit in a matter of days. And, I don't live in the area!

To her surprise, she enjoyed the layout and was quite surprised on how great most of the prices were. It would be only obvious then that she would have to pick up some items. She also commented on how clean the store was for an Asian market. Keep in mind, we are Asians and we go to MANY kinds of Asian markets.

It was definitely a worthwhile visit for her. She'll most likely will want to come back and so will I.

If you get a chance or in just in the area, definitely check out H Mart. There's even a little eatery inside called "K-Town". Simple menu and very tasty.

04/27/19: 4.5 out 5 - Finally got a chance to check out H-Mart since its Grand Opening after it has taken the spot that was formerly Zupan Market.

Decided to come to H-Mart after my running group had gotten a bite somewhere nearby. Parked off the street, but found out later that there is a parking structure for H-Mart customers.

It's not a huge space but it definitely suffices for the demographic area. It was a bit crowded at first since it seems like the employees were still putting inventory out However, the place was still clean and, for the most part, organized.

The shelves were stocked with such an array of other ethnic foods along with H-Mart's regular inventory of Korean goods. Very pleased to see that.

The produce look great. Looked fresh and very clean. A variety of sorts, as well.

The meat and seafood department looked great, and the employees of that department were quite helpful.

Overall, H-Mart seemed to transition well into the neighborhood, and provides a great variety of items in a small space with decently low prices to go with.

I do hope for its success for the area it is in.
