On a roadtrip to California, saw that this H mart just opened this weekend. We have been waiting for ours - vegas to open for a year now. If what we saw inside the Chino Hmart is a preview what we getting in Vegas- then they wait is worth it

Chino hmart was busy on opening weekend but they are well staffed and still have plenty of food/products to choose from, not just Korean products but other Asian products.

The produce and fruits are fresh with great amount of selection. Ramen aisle was overwhelming with lots of different types. Sauce, tea, candies, ad chips - so many choices.

Meat and seafood - both marinated and fresh- so much selection.

The frozen section has not options.

Definitely worth going.

I gave it 2 weeks post-opening (because that line was no joke!), and here’s my honest review:

🚗 First Impressions: Be ready for a bit of a traffic jam at the entrance! The store layout directs everyone into a single path, so if one person stops, we all stop. Hoping they’ll fix that soon.

🥩 What’s Inside? Tight aisles, but totally worth it! The massive seafood section, endless ready-to-eat meal boxes, and the biggest selection of frozen sliced meats I’ve ever seen, perfect for hot pot and KBBQ at home! Plus, tons of marinated meats ready for grilling.

🍱 Sushi & Side Dishes: Two cases filled with fresh sushi, sashimi, and a crazy variety of ready-made banchan (Korean side dishes).

🏡 Beyond Groceries: From home goods to trendy kitchen finds, and yes—the viral ICE CUP (Big Ball)!

🌟 Final Verdict: No more driving to Diamond Bar HMart for my KBBQ meats! This Chino location beats the new 99 Ranch Market across the street, but I’ll miss the Diamond Bar food court.

Fresh. Hot food. Fast. Really crowded with newly opened store shoppers. $3.99 grand opening promo for a box of mango. $20.99 for 20 lb bag of jasmine rice. Also for grand opening promo. There's also a giveaway for $$$ amount spent in the store.

Warning for others to not buy the seaweed seafood soup that's on the prepared shelf. I've always had those in the diamond H mart location and never had issue. Today I had that for lunch and 3 house later I felt nauseous and then 1 hr later I regurgitated all the seaweed soup that I ate in 2 separate times with 30 min apart. Just to be clear, I'm just writing the review for this product. Other thing I'm pretty sure should not have issues.

Came for the grand opening day two, and everything is still well stocked, clean aisles, employees all over the place. Everyone working was kind and helpful, from the line to get in, the checkout, and exiting. There are so many new produce items to try that I can't find many places, and they all look so fresh, as if they were just picked this morning. They have a huge seafood and meat section, and an assortment of marinades nearby that would pair well. The soup aisle was super impressive. It was super busy when I went, I hope it might be more comfortable later after the grand opening and free items are over. Don't forget to download their app and sign up for the free rewards program to earn points on shipping.

$90 이상의 잘못된 계산으로 신뢰하기 어려운 Casher Service But Nice Customer Service!

원래는 Diamond bar 한인마트를 이용하는데 사는 곳에서 새로 오픈한 Chino 지점이 좀 더 가까워서 방문했어요. 한인마트를 주기적으로 가기에 특별하게 비싼 물품을 사지 않는 이상 평균적으로 나오는 금액이 있어요. 근데 뭔가 비싼걸 산게 없는데 평소보다 약 $100 가량 더 나왔더라고요. Grocery에서 비싼 물건이라면 보통 고급 술이나 조리도구 정도인데 고기말곤 딱히 산게 없었거든요. 영수증을 살펴보니 $25짜리 3개가 찍혔더군요. 고객센터에 가서 확인해보니 개당 $0.25짜리 파를 $25 부과했습니다. 확인후 환불받고 주차장와서 짐을 정리하는 중에 고기 가격표를 보니 약 $16 가량인데 영수증 확인할 때 $30 넘는게 있었던 기억이 나더라고요. 1개 구매한 걸 2개 가격을 부과했습니다. 또다시 돌아가서 확인후 조치 받았어요.

Casher는 돈과 관련된 부분이기에 정확하게 계산할 의무가 있습니다. 부과된 금액을 고객이 신뢰할 수 없다면, 그 마트를 이용하기 어렵겠죠. Casher는 계산하는 동안 Packer와 계속 수다를 나눴고, 커피 1개를 2번 찍어서 1개를 취소하는 걸 봤습니다. 수다를 나눠도 정확하게 계산을 한다면 문제가 없겠지만 2개 이상의 품목에 총 $90 넘는 Over-Charge는 믿기 어려운 경험이었어요. 확인하지 못한채 집에 갔다면 왕복 3시간 거리를 다시 와야했겠죠. 그래도 사건이후 고객센터 대응은 만족했습니다.

해당 Casher 교육 및 점검이 필요하다고 생각됩니다.

brand new store, grand opening you would think they'd want to make a good impression a lot of things were on sale, and we went to take a look, stores very nice large mostly clean, but some of the fruits that went on sale is just plain bad, they need to do a much better job than put bad food out for people to eat especially when it's already molded. I've noticed this with Korean markets a lot, not just h Mart but also Zion, I guess in the pursuit for profit, corners are cut quality control non-existent but food isn't something you can skimp on, because people can really get sick by eating bad food they need to do much better job

Nice store! Big selection with many varieties. The only one thing I’m mad at is! My dried shrimp was OLD! Stinks of ammonia other dried seafood is good. But bulgogi had a long ass hair in it!!!! I’m a black women this is no my texture of hair. I’m So pissEd!! I live in Riverside how can I return it!
