My son had some clothes washed and cleaned there. I had to pick them up. Upon arriving at about 5:15 pm, I was informed by a customer that she was gone to lunch and she had been gone 20 minutes before I arrived. There was a sign on the window saying she would return within an hour. So I returned about 640 pm and she still was not there. I was informed by other customers that they where waiting also. I called the number on the paper and the lady that sounded like a Spanish descent said that she was still 30 minutes out!!! And there was no access to the restroom. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I had to wait on laundry that was already paid for!!

So your dryers dont dry. Your employee's husband ran me out of here before my cloths was dry. I was here at 8:45. He said they close at 10. 9 o'clock is the last wash. 30 min to wash, 30 min to dry. How much time do I get to dry?

You will have a pleasant experience if you wash anytime before 7pm. The driers are free and the washers are fine. If you plan on showing up to wash at 7pm, you may be asked to leave regardless of what the open hours signage may say. Even if you have begun to wash and stay too late, say around 8pm, the owner will still ask you to leave. Not the most convenient place when you're in a pinch or have already started and have to carry wet clothes somewhere else.

Where is the contact information for the owner of the facility? After 4 years of coming to this place, today was the worse. I would never come early morning, afternoon. The only employee with CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and keeps the place in line is the man that works the evening closing shift. And a suggestion, PUT A TRASH CAN AT THE DOOR SO CUSTOMERS CAN PLACE THEIR TRASH IN IT INSTEAD OF OTHER CUSTOMERS LAUNDRY BASKETS, WHY WOULD they place a trash can directly in front a DAMN WASHER MACHINE‼️‼️‼️‼️

**THE lady at the counter says they have no number for the owner or for the facility. So how do they get in contact with their boss❓️❓️❓️

Super clean and well lit facility. I like that there is always an attendant available and that you can clean out the lent traps before you use the (free) dryers. I refuse to go anywhere else.

Edited to add: This facility recently changed ownership which has led ta a few inconvenient changes.

The dryers are not being cleaned out anymore, so many of them have a gooey residue inside that could ruin your clothes if you don't notice it.

Also, the dryers are no longer free. For the standard size dryers it in now $0.25 for 20 minutes and the larger dryers are $0.25 for ten minutes.

I really hope the new staff takes care of cleaning out the washing machines and dryers daily like they used to.

Was a 5 star review, now I've changed it to 4.
