2024 Honda Odyssey EX-L (replaced stock speakers (4), installed (6 speakers total) extra 2 speakers in the back 3 1/2 rear panel . Sound quality is far better than before my kids can hear the songs when they are at 3rd row. Previously I had to increase the volume loud, which is annoying.

H & R quickly fixed a remote starter that had been installed out of state. However, I’m not as thrilled with the new Boss stereo they installed or how it was installed. I’ve been back 3 times to allow them to try to fix the horrible sound quality of the phone, but no luck. They wired the new unit to the OEM camera and the picture quality is now dark and useless at night. Placement of the microphone was arbitrary and poor, I’ll have to correct that myself. I’m dropping it off at a different shop next week who believes they know what the issues might be and feel they’re centered around the unit being improperly installed, but I don't know that for sure.

The shop itself has a good reputation and has been in business for a long time, but the impression when you walk in is that they have fallen on hard times. Radio/speaker display is 90% empty holes with a bunch of random wires hanging out of it. There’s nothing to sample or listen to, just boxes they bring out to show you. Hope they turn it around, they are very nice people.

Awesome shop!!! Had Best Buy on US-1 install a radio in my old Corolla and it shut itself off all the time🤦🏻‍♂️ So I went here for a Viper SmartStart system for Christmas and the install was great! They were also much cheaper than Best Buy at $499 with install as opposed to about $600. I can start, unlock, lock, set off alarm on my Rav4 from my iPhone or Apple Watch! It's very reliable- occasionally fails to retrieve my car's status but I've never had a command not go through to the car, even on horrendous school WiFi. I also really like the flashing blue security light they added next to my mirror because it'll hopefully keep people from wanting to break into my car. Stephanie did an awesome job helping me drop off and pick up and Brian was a great installer. Everyone was super friendly, hope to be back very soon for steering wheel controls!!

Repeat customer. 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis dashboard works intermittently for months. Took a couple of weeks to book an appointment. Got there at appointed time and they took our car into their workshop. They said it could take about 2.5 hrs. Walked a couple blocks down the street to a diner for breakfast. Took a little longer than expected. They not only repaired our dash, they reset our remote start at no additional charge. A SPECIAL NOTE TO VETERANS/ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY: They offer a Veteran's Discount! Be sure to ask for it. Special shout-out to Jake. Very nice young man, who took the time to get the answers to my questions. All in all it was a 5 Star experience. PS I travel about an hour to get to H & R.

3/27 Today I had a great experience with H&R for over a year I’ve been back and forth with issues at Kia dealer with my remote starter. With in 1hr H&R fixed it. A year of spending $$$$$ at the dealership they could never figure what was wrong.H&R fixed it they were professional and service with a smile😊. And the charge was quite reasonable . I left a happy camper Ty H&R 😊
