I had a tire failure on a trip to visit friends and the salesman, Josh at the parts counter was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me find the tires I needed and even talked the service department into installing them after they had refused to work on my BMW. This place has every kind of motorcycle and off-road vehicle including water sport you could ever want!

I just want to thank Randy and all the guys down at H&W it really didn't take much except for a quick ride to sell us lol. In all sincerity I appreciate the straight shooting approach. Wasn't pushy at all. Our trailer was just a half a foot short so they let us borrow one for the night, that's great customer service!

Purchased a new bike from Brandon. He made the whole process very easy. Also had to do some business with the parts department, I didn’t catch their names but they helped me out in a big way. I will be doing more business with H&W in the future and would absolutely recommend them.

This place is fantastic and affordable. I needed a six seater 4X4 and entered into the wonderland of recreational vehicles. I was greeted with professionalism, respect, and courtesy starting with Randy, a wonderful salesman with years of experience and great expertise, then I was introduced to Drew a manager that is knowledgeable, heavy hitter, but not intimidating, followed up by Kevin, definitely a driven to please people person. This team is Amazing! I had several options and was treated like royalty. I definitely recommend H&W Powersports, for I too was directed to them in a recommendation from a friend and believe me they lived up to not only my expectations but their reputation. Thank you Randy, Drew, and Kevin for making this Baby Boomer very happy! God bless

Had a very good experience while at the dealership. Chad helped me out and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Honda products. I’ve been in sales for over 20 years and appreciate product knowledge. Got me a price right over and one of the nicest guys I’ve met in a while. I’d definitely recommend going and giving him a chance we are fixing to get our new Rancher from him!!

I've never written a negative review about any person or business, but this time I just can't stop myself.

I have a 17 year old TRX 680 Rincon. It's been fantastic, but I was never a fan of the service department at the local Honda store where I bought it. So when the Rincon died recently, I asked around and was told H&W Honda in Texarkana had a great service department. So instead of taking it 7 miles to my local Honda store, I took it 79 miles to Texarkana.

11/09 (Day 1, Saturday) I drop off the Rincon, and I'm told it will be 10 days before they get to it. No problem, that was faster than I expected.

11/22 (Day 13 - Friday) I call to check on it, and I'm told it's next in line, the only thing on the board, and they'll get to it next week. No problem.

11/30 (Day 21 - Saturday) Well, it was Thanksgiving week, they were understaffed, but they'll have a full crew next week and get to it.

12/06 (Day 28 - Friday) They said something about someone was assigning out work after lunch and they'd check and blah blah blah. I tell them to take it off their list and I'll pick it up Saturday.

12/07 (Day 29 - Saturday) I pick up my old broken 4 wheeler. They brought it to me on a forklift.

It's old. If they didn't want to mess with it, fine, just tell me. If you're too busy to get to it, just tell me. If they had said they wouldn't get to it for a month when I dropped it off, that would be fine.

I dont think that the way you treat people. I was tired of being strung along and having my time wasted. I think I was patient enough.

So I am on my way back 86 miles to my local dealership, with a new appreciation for their service department.
