I couldn't be happier with the service I received from this dealership. Michael Corbett was my sales rep and he had me in and out in under 20 minutes. He quoted me a great price over the phone and I was able to walk in, test drive, sign paperwork and leave fast! Thank you H&W for not being a Boomer Dealership and insist on me being there in person before giving me a price. In addition, I had one minor issue with the machine I bought and they had the unit picked up and dropped back off in a matter of a couple hours. I'm extremely happy with this transaction.

You guys are superb! I was rebuilding a 2021 Rebel 1100. Hard bike to get , parts even harder. I was able to get everything I needed. Pricing was good and delivery time wasn't unreasonable. Each time I ha e ever been here to LOOK at a motorcycle, they are always helpful but not pushy. The showroom is large and Everytime I wanted to ride a motorcycle they let me.
Finally found the right bike at the right price....

John & everyone was awesome. Called ahead to check on a Ruckus & when they told us what they had on hand, we met them there & they were quick, to the point, & on it with not wasting anyone's time. We knew what we wanted & got it done in a timely fashion.

Man , Dude, this is by far the coolest , most up to date and modern shop, by far , anywhere close to Palestine, Texas.. these folks are very knowledgeable and prompt to assist you... it's been awhile since I was in the motorcycle world and by just taking a venture through this place and recognizing the amazing, new, state of the art items here was unbelievable!!! The prices are very reasonable!! So if you are looking to spice up your love life or just simply put some joy in your life , stop by H & W Powersports in Palestine, Texas , talk to Adam , and have a look for yourself ... just walking through this place feels like it took 20 years off my life ! Five stars.. across the board!!!!?✝️

Drove 2 h to pick up my new Can- Am atv just to find out it’s not the machine I came for that’s being offered to me. Instead of CanAm I was offered Chinese replica for price of reputable brand. Not fair
