Dr. Flock is extremely helpful and very sweet. She is amazing at helping me with my weight loss and women’s care. She listens and then explains things in detail. She is pro active at making sure all my labs and imaging are up to date. Her front desk scheduler Britlyn is also extremely helpful and very kind when making an appointment.

I was able to receive my prenatal care, continuing postpartum care & continuing care for my newborn all by the same team of doctors here. Being able to have my appointment & my baby’s appointment consecutively was so convenient. The front office staff was always so kind and remembers you after just a couple of appointments, and the doctors and nurses are truly the best. Doctor McCugh was truly the best. I have recently moved to a different state but wish I could go back to Port Orange when I have my next baby just so I could have her as my doctor!!

While sitting here waiting for my appt, an angry patient stormed in yelling at the receptionists that there was no parking spots available, being completely disrespectful, loud, and simply just rude, when newborns were sleeping and waiting in the waiting room as well, causing an uncomfortable and tense experience for everyone else. I'm writing this to just give appreciation and recognition to Britlynn and Michela, who handled the situation with grace and professionalism. They quickly acknowledged her issue and one of them escorted her out to a parking space that was available extremely close to the door. They also went ahead and called her right back to avoid anymore uncomfortabilty and disruption to the rest of us who were waiting. They resolved it quickly with respect and I appreciated that. Please thank them for us all! Edit to add that the staff were so compassionate and understanding to my situation. I feel like dr stausmire and dr mchughs have been the only Dr's to really hear me and put forth their best efforts to help resolve my medical issue. The facilities in the past didn't seem to care at all and spent barely a fraction of the time assessing and trying to resolve my issue. All of their hard work and dedication as a team is truly appreciated and valued. Thank you all so much.

Dr. Flock is always open to listen and discussing options and plans. You can tell she and her staff truly care about each of their patients. I cannot believe the amount of care I receive from this location, especially from Natassia and Jamie. Everytime I come, no matter if I have an appointment or not I feel important. They treat me as if they truly care and that is hard to come by. I have already recommended my friends to come see Natassia due to the amazing care I have and will continue to receive.

I have nothing to say but great experiences every time I’ve been there and my family also goes there with their families even when our family doctor moved to another location in a different part of Florida. We stayed on with them because their staff is exceptional . Michaela at the front desk has been so helpful every time I’ve walked in there to ask questions or look for paperwork. She’s always been able to help me and provide courteous friendly. Our doctors assistant Mark is just fabulous. He makes you laugh even when you’re feeling down. I leave there with the sense of relief every time I walk through those doors cause I know they have my health in mind at all times I can’t say enough about this office I’d have to write a book, but everyone in there are always friendly and courteous and prompt to take care of you. I wish all my doctors were like that.

I am so pleased to say that Halifax Primary care in Port Orange was so accommodating to help my mother weave through the paperwork on medications that her insurance was denying! They went out of their way to help her and have always been friendly, courteous, and helpful from the staff and Dr. Walburg! They have gone over and above and our family dearly appreciates it!
