I was very pleased with how my yearly wellness exam was performed. All office personnel were professional, personable, and efficient. Dr. Seshan took time to explain procedures, answer questions, and give suggestions for continued good health. I pickup my new prescription the same day. My follow-up lab work was conveniently done on site by Cathy who has always been so nice and is terrific at her job. I received a next day phone call to give me the lab results along with advice for improvement. I’m very satisfied with my care providers.

I had been looking to find a doctor closer to the area I moved to last year. It's always difficult to make the decision to switch to a new doctor, especially when you're not unhappy with the one you currently see. However, it just made sense, for several reasons, to do so. I was a little nervous about my first appointment. Well, there was sure no need to be. I hit the doctor lottery! Dr. Irwin and her staff are fantastic! Every single interaction with this group is delightful! From scheduling the appointment, to checking in, to talking with her nurse, the visit with Dr. Irwin, and finally, checking out, was an absolute pleasure. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Bangalore is impressive! On my first appointment, and after feeling dismissed by many doctors, she made me feel like she cared and I felt confident she would get to the bottom of my health issues. Her nurse, Sharice was welcoming, fast, super friendly and made me feel like she’s known me forever. Top notch care, especially for those in the local area. For the last ten years, I had to drive to Fishers for regular checkups with my general practitioner, but no longer. The two doctors I have had so far are amazingly well-studied for general practitioners and work well with my other doctors (a dermatologist and allergy and asthma specialist). They can get me in within two days for an emergency consultation that urgent care can't assist with, no hassle.

This complex also houses a testing center if you need blood draws or other samples taken, as well as a radiology center. An urgent care facility is attended by Hancock Regional staff. I have been all three of these and the care is top notch, no different from what you would expect at a larger hospital, with all the benefits of a smaller, more accessible facility.

Dr. Irwin has no compassion for the patient, and she has no passion for her job. Everything seems like such a hassle for her... scripts, questions, suggestions. She is incapable of thinking outside of her little box. If an antibiotic can't fix it, you are out of luck! The referral department is a joke. I've been waiting for a response from the referral department for three years now. The women in the front office are sweet and helpful.

I have just recently switched from Community North physicians to Dr. Bangalore with Northeast Medical Group. I was with Community for 13 years, but I couldn't be happier with my decision to treat with this medical group. I can't say enough good things about this facility, from Dr. Bangalore, to the front office staff, the nurses all the way to the lab technicians and the diagnostic imagining technicians. I'm not fond of medical facilities and/or staff, but these people are absolutely wonderful and have truly eased my mind and confirmed that I have chosen the right place for my medical care. You just won't find nicer people in a medical facility than the people at Northeast Medical Center!

Dr. Fletcher has been my and my family's personal physician for almost twenty-five years.
