Had a back and arm injury that I had dealt with for 3 weeks. Tried another urgent care facility in Starke but after 30 mins decided my Vets was a better run establishment. Went to HCA Emergency and was treated with respect and urgency. They addressed my needs in a timely manner, diagnosed my injury, prescribed a treatment, administered a good solution, and I am now on my way to recovery. If you have an immediate problem, go to a professional, skip the lame, fast food, medical wannabes.

I was there for a routine CT Scan of the chest. The facility was clean and personnel were friendly and helpful. The Imaging Technician, Yevette was polite, courteous, creating a stress free visit.

I was seen within 5 minutes of entering. I had X-rays and did a breathing treatment. In and out 3 hours, that was probably one of the fastest ER visits I have had.

Been here and checked in an hour at least in ER waiting room/check in. And average ER wait time updated at 9:15pm saying it was 2mins. Idk what is going on or anything but I do know that someone having probs breathing sitting and waiting is not good at all!!! We finally had to ask how much longer it may be before patient was atleast seen for triage. Then maybe 5mins later they called their name to be seen so...?
