Everyone at Helix was accommodating and caring. I had to wait a little bit once I arrived for my appointment, but nothing to complain about considering we are in the peak of flu & cold season. The practitioner took her time to listen, and gave me choices about my care which I appreciated. I'm happy to have such a great facility so close to home.

I was seen last month in January for a lingering sore throat. The doctor came in for all of 2 minutes, wrote me prescriptions and rushed out the door. They then billed my insurance $500 for the visit, this is more than I’ve ever been charged for urgent care and far more than what I get charged at my primary physician. I tried calling the billing department and was met with an answering machine stating that they would call me back in 7-10 business days…

Insane prices and poor customer service, sadly this is what the American health system has come to. Will not be returning to a helix again.

Terrible experience. Scheduled an appointment and still waited 2 hours. Awful place , unfriendly staffing not very clean either. After over 2 hour wait , doctor rolls into the room and doesn't even introduce herself. In / out of the appointment in under 60 seconds. Very rude and unprofessional. To many other and better places to go . Zero bedside manners . Stay away .

The review reflects their billing and insurance department , not the care. Was charged over $200 3 months after our visit. No explanation, no bill in the mail, nothing from insurance about a balance. Complete break down in communication!

A big thank you to the team at Helix Urgent Care for their efficient, professional, and friendly medical services. I had called about coming in for a self pay toe injury and the receptionist was able to provide reasonable pricing over the phone. After the call, I drove to the clinic and was able to be seen right away. I told the Dr I had stubbed my toe and showed him recent pictures of the back and blue bruising. From there, he had me go to another room for x-rays. The Dr came back with my results of a closed fracture and then the assistant helped buddy tape my toe. Overall great experience and I will be back if I have any urgent health concerns.

This was my not first visit here but I have to say what an exceptional job they do at Helix urgent care! I came in after going to 2 other urgent cares that were closer to me, one didn't take my insurance and the other had over an hour wait. I went into to Helix and they had me in and out for a small laceration in 30 minutes or less. Dr Espinoza was so polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. The girls at the front and at the triage were amazing as well. Very personable and welcoming. I will definitely return for any of my family's urgent care needs. Thank you!

This urgent care was excellent. From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect by the nicest receptionist ever. The place is clean and welcoming. All the medical staff were really kind and made me feel comfortable. I’ve been to other urgent care facilities in Jupiter and had very different experiences. This is by far the best and the only one I will ever return to.
