Im filing a compliant for Dr. Cifuentes. She shouldn’t be in the medical field, she gets offended very quickly and responds back very unprofessional. I had no problem with her and recently i was letting things slide. She decided to make a false report to CPS with no proof and knowing my daughter was ok and not showing any signs of injury. Also got offended for advocating for my kids and like I told her if shes getting that offended she shouldnt be in this field she also contradicts herself. She became a doctor just a few years ago so i understand.

The receptionist was too lazy to take a chart on me and made me call to do so. She could have done it and there was no other patients in the lobby. Other than that, the lvn was sweet and so was the other receptionist who helped. The one star is because of the lazy receptionist.

I have been coming here off and on over the last several years and I have always had a positive experience. I now utilize this office for myself and my young child's general Healthcare and am still quite pleased. The waiting room tends to be quiet and there's always a cute family friendly program playing, there is also plenty of seating and a security guard for additional assistance if needed. The front desk staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, the back of house staff amd nurses are equally wonderful, I have been seen by/my son has seen by 4 physicians there and have had a positive experience with each of them. My most recent visit was for myself a follow up to a recent er visit and I was seem by a female physician and she was spectacular, everyone was exceptionally helpful today and I greatly appreciate it.

I’m a regular here with my dad. My dad is sick and I am his caretaker. Anytime I call they never answer. I’ve walked in there mad many of times because they don’t answer. And guess what? It’s always like this, I walk in and the waiting room is empty and no one is line. So why don’t the receptionist answer the phone? I don’t know. You tell me.

The front office ladies are very nice and helpful the nurses inside are very sweet im just not satisfied with Dr. Handojo he seems to not care when i tell him about my conserns. Also i came here when i was pregnant since i didnt have insurance until 36 weeks so i decided to stay well BIG Mistake Dr.Handojo supposibly sent a referal to the hospital and i went to the hospital and they told me he never sent anything and since i was 41 weeks pregnant they decided to keep me i had a lot of trouble IF your PREGNANT dont come here go find a better OB.

absolute worst service i’ve ever experienced in my life. staff is rude brutal and very difficult. they wouldn’t print, they wouldn’t let me see the dr. pregnant twice without pretty much getting in my face & saying you will be billed. worst clinic ever. worst place to go if you are pregnant cannot even be seen by a dr. would not take iehp. not nice not helpful with insurance. twice turn away a pregnant woman. worst worst worst place ever

One day I was in there for a visit to see my physician and I overheard the pregnant security guard complain about how she has no access to the restroom. And the office manager was really rude to her and seem to not care about her situation. I hope the security guard is doing okay

Let me start by saying I do love my doctor. This complaint is toward the staff who are supposed to answer the phones. I’ve tried calling the office now three times and I have been put on hold for fifteen minutes each time then hung up on. It should not be that hard to try and reach the staff members. That is ridiculous and unprofessional.
